บรรจุในอัลบั้มชุด Chicago 18 (วางแผงเมื่อ 29 กันยายน 2529) ซึ่งอัลบั้มชุดนี้มีการเปลี่ยนมือเบสและนักร้องนำจาก Peter Cetera (เจ้าของเสียงร้อง Hard To Say I'm Sorry, Hard Habit To Break, You're the Inspiration, เป็นต้น ที่ลาออกไปเป็นศิลปินเดี่ยว) มาเป็น Jason Scheff

แม้ว่าเพลงนี้จะเป็นซิงเกิลที่ 2 ของอัลบั้ม (ซิงเกิลแรก คือ "25 or 6 to 4" เพลงดังเมื่อปี 2512 ของวง ที่มีการนำมาปัดฝุ่นใหม่) แต่ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสูง คือ ติดอันดับ 3 บน Billboard Hot 100 (ตามหลัง 2 อันดับแรก คือ "Keep Your Hands to Yourself" ของ The Georgia Satellites และ "Livin' on a Prayer" ของBon Jovi) และติดอันดับ 2 บน Billboard Adult Contemporary (อันดับ 1 ตอนนั้นคือ  "Ballerina Girl" ของ Lionel Richie)
นับได้ว่าเป็นการรับน้องใหม่ของวง (คือ Jason Scheff) ที่ไปได้สวย เพราะเพลงนี้เป็นเพลงฮิต 10 อันดับ เพลงแรกของวง ภายหลังที่ Cetera ฉายเดี่ยว
