Short Update: กรณีเขมรกล่าวหาไทยใช้อาวุธเคมี

ผมขอมาสั้น ๆ ง่าย ๆ แล้วกันครับเพราะผมไม่มีเวลามาก

ไม่แปลกที่ะจมีการปะทะ เนื่องจากถ้ามันสงบ ประเทศที่สามก็แทรกแทรงไม่ได้ ดังนั้นกัมพูชาจะทำทุกอย่างเพื่อให้คนกลางจากนานาชาติเข้ามาเป็นตัวกลางครับ ดังนั้นถ้าเราทำให้เหตุการณ์สงบ เขาก็ต้องทำให้เหตุการณ์มันไม่สงบ เขาสู้เราที่เขาพระวิหารไม่ได้ เขาก็ต้องขยายแนวออกไป ทำอย่างไรก็ได้ให้มันรุนแรงที่สุด จะสังเกตุว่าในจดหมายที่ฟ้อง UN อย่างรวดเร็ว กัมพูชากล่าวหาว่าไทยใช้เครื่องบินรบโจมตีกัมพูชา เพราะตามหลักการแล้ว การใช้อากาศยานในการรบเท่ากับการเปิดสงครามเต็มรูปแบบ และกล่าวหาไทยว่าไทยใช้อาวุธเคมี เพื่อกระตุ้นให้ประเทศที่สามหรือ UN เข้าแทรกแทรง

ผมตั้งข้อสังเกตุว่า กัมพูชาให้ข่าวกับสำนักข่าวซินหัวว่าไทยยิง "เครื่องยิงลูกระเบิดแบบ DK-75 ซึ่งบรรจุกระสุนเคมีเข้าใส่กัมพูชา" ..... ถ้าท่านใดยังจำได้ในช่วงเดือนมีนาคมกัมพูชาได้ทำการซ้อมยิง "ปืนไร้แรงสะท้อนถอยหลังแบบ DK-75" เพื่อข่มขวัญไทย ซึ่งปืนไร้แรงสะท้อนถอยหลังนี้เป็นปืนที่ผลิตในประเทศค่ายสังคมนิยมเดิม ไทยไม่มีเข้าประจำการ ดังนั้นจากข้อกล่าวหานี้ผมตั้งข้อสังเกตุสามประเด็นคือ

1. DK-75 คือปืนไร้แรงสะท้อนถอยหลัง (ปรส.) ไม่ใช่เครื่องยิงลูกระเบิด (ปืน ค.)
2. DK-75 ไม่มีเข้าประจำการในกองทัพไทย กองทัพไทยมีแต่ปรส.106 เท่านั้น
3. ถ้ามีกระสุนอะไรยิงออกมาจาก DK-75 จริง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกระสุนเคมีหรือไม่ ก็ขอให้ทราบว่า นั่นคือกัมพูชายิงเอง ถ้ามี DK-75 ตกในดินแดนกัมพูชา ก็แปลว่ากัมพูชายิงพวกเดียวกันเอง แล้วกล่าวหาไทยครับ

มุขเขมรยังมีอีกเยอะครับ เรื่องอาวุธเคมีนี่คาดว่าเขมรอาจจะได้กลิ่นแม่ค้าไทยทำผัดกระเพราเลยเกิดอาการแสบร้อน ต่อไปให้สังเกตุว่าเขมรจะกล่าวหาไทยในทุก ๆ ประเด็นที่ผิดข้อตกลงนานาชาติ ล่าสุดก็คือใช้อาวุธเคมี คาดว่าต่อไปคงกล่าวหาว่าไทยใช้กองทัพโคลนกับ Dead Star บุกเขมรครับ

Recently, in Thai-Cambodia border dispute, Cambodia will do everything necessary to bring international organizations or third party to the table. Therefore any attempt to bring ceasefire and peace are effortless as Cambodia will disrupt all attempts and escalating conflicts into the war. Regardless, that the statement from Ministry of Foreigner Affairs of Cambodia managed to be sent quickly after they claimed to be attacked by the Royal Thai Army. Furthermore, Cambodia also claimed that the Royal Thai Air Force attacked within the Cambodia territory. In theory, the use of airplanes can define as an open attack and full attempt; into war. Claiming that the Thai army also used chemical gases to provoke the third party and UN to interact with the conflict.

I have noticed that Cambodia gave information to Xinhua news agency about “ the grenade launcher type DK-75 with chemical rounds was shot into Cambodia territory”. Recalling news in March, Cambodian Army, practice shooting “the Recoilless rifle type DK-75” to threaten Thai Army. The recoilless type DK-75 was manufactured by Cambodians, therefore the Royal Thai Army does not acquire any of those recoilless rifle. In conclusion:

1.DK-75 is a recoilless rifle, not a mortar.
2.The Royal Thai Army does not have any DK-75 recoilless rifle in service but only M40 recoilless rifle.
3.If there are any shellings from DK-75 within Cambodian border, whether it's a chemical rounds or not, it's an attempt by Cambodian to claim that Thai Army has violated laws and provoked Cambodia into war.
