7.29 : pocari sweat water 320 ml 1 bottle
9.15 : muesli hi fibre with milk 1 plate + skim milk 1 glass
11.50 : sanwich whole wheat 1 piece mee pooat
+ mango + vegetable
14.30 : jolibee chicken 2 piece + rice small bowl + coca cola light 1 cup
