ส่วนผสม

* ผักโขมประมาณ 200 กรัม
* งาขาวบด 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
* โชยุ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
* น้ำตาล 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
* มิริน 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
* งาขาวคั่วสำหรับโรยหน้า

วิธีทำ

1. ลวกผักโขมในน้ำเดือดจนสุก ตักขึ้นใส่น้ำเย็น บีบน้ำออกเบาๆ หั่นเป็นชิ้นเล็ก
2. ผสมงาขาว โชยุ มิริน น้ำตาล คนให้เข้ากันจนน้ำตาลละลาย ชิมรส ถ้าชอบหวานเติมน้ำตาลได้อีก ตักซอสคลุกกับผักโขมให้เข้ากัน ตักใส่จาน โรยงาขาวให้สวยงาม
