มะละกอเป็นผลไม้คู่บ้าน คู่เมืองของคนไทยมาตั้งแต่สมัยโบราณ ผลดิบนำมาทำอาหารคาว ได้เช่น แกงส้ม ส้มตำ

ส่วนผลสุกก็ นำมารับประทานเพื่อช่วยให้ระบบขับถ่ายดีขึ้น หรือจะนำมาทำเป็นน้ำผลไม้ยิ่งน่าดื่ม เพราะสีสันสวยงามและมีกลิ่นหอมอีกด้วยค่ะ ส่วนผสมและวิธีทำก็ไม่ยาก ลองทำดูเลยค่ะ

ส่วน ผสม

1. เนื้อมะละกอสุกหั่นเป็น ชิ้นเล็กๆ
2. น้ำแข็งเกล็ด
3. น้ำเชื่อม
4. เกลือ เล็กน้อย

วิธีทำ

นำทุกอย่างเข้าเครื่องปั่น เมื่อได้ที่แล้วเทลงใส่แก้วทรงสูง เสิร์ฟทันที

น้ำมะละกอปั่นเป็นเครื่องดื่มที่ เหมาะกับอากาศเมืองไทย แก้ร้อนผ่อนกระหายได้ดีมาก และที่สำคัญสามารถทำดื่มได้ตลอดทั้งปี เพราะมะละกอเป็นผลไม้ที่หาซื้อได้ในทุกฤดูกาลค่ะ
