ส่วนผสม
ดอกอัญชัน 20 ดอก
น้ำ เปล่า 1/4 ถ้วย
น้ำแอปเปิ้ลแบบกล่อง 1 1/2 ถ้วย
น้ำเลมอน 1 ลูก
น้ำ เชื่อม (เข้มข้น 1:1) 1/3 ถ้วย
เหล้าโกลด์เตกีล่า 1/4 ถ้วย

วิธีทำ
1. ต้มน้ำเปล่าจนเดือด นำดอกอัญชันที่ล้างสะอาดลงต้มประมาณ 5 นาที กรองเอาแต่น้ำแล้วพักไว้ให้เย็น
2. ผสมน้ำสีดอกอัญชัน น้ำแอ๊ปเปิ้ล น้ำเลมอน น้ำเชื่อมและเหล้าเตกีล่าเข้าด้วยกัน รินใส่แก้วน้ำแข็ง ตกแต่งด้วยใบสะระแหน่และเลมอนหั่นบาง

H&C Tips - เหล้าโกลด์เตกีล่า เป็นเหล้าเตกีล่าชนิดที่ไม่ผ่านการบ่ม กลั่นได้จากต้นอะเกฟ (Agave) โกลด์เตกีล่ามีความพิเศษเพราะมีกลิ่นของคาราเมลและไม้ผสมอยู่ด้วย จัดเป็นเหล้าประเภท Spirit ทีมีสรรพคุณช่วยย่อยอาหารได้ด้วย
