Miss Slovenia 2011
Lana Mahnič Jekoš (21), from Grosuplje, was crowned Miss Slovenije 2011 during the conclusion of the annual event held in Ljubljana on June 23rd.
Lana, who stands 1.78 m, had just returned from London as she is a student at the University of Greenwich; and she will be going back to participate in the 61st Miss World pageant to be held on November 6th. She is also the daughter of diplomats (her father was the Slovenian ambassador to Egypt). 12 girls competed in the pageant.
