Miss Paraguay wins the Miss Italia Nel Mondo title
Fiorella Migliore, Miss Paraguay, was crowned the XVIII Miss Italia Nel Mondo 2008 earlier today in Italy, where 50 Italian descent international beauties competed for the crown.
In 2nd place was Miss Benelux, Robin Hamersteen, a 1.77 m-tall beauty hailing from Amsterdam. Another blonde, 21-year-old Marketing Student Sian Ryan of Johannesburg, South Africa, was 3rd.
The new Miss Italia Nel Mondo is 19 years old, 1.71 m-tall, has dark brown hair and green eyes. She plays squash, enjoys reading, and has hosted her own tv show in Paraguay. Fiorella's grandparents immigrated from Comiso, Ragusa Province, to Paraguay, decades ago.
Fiorella won a modeling contract with the pageant's main sponsor company, jewelry, and a brand new car. It is the first that Paraguay won the Miss Italia Nel Mondo title.
