Miss Universe Tanzania is Nelly Kamwelu
Nelly Kamwelu was crowned Miss Universe Tanzania 2011 during the annual event held in Dar Es Salaam on May 27th. Kamwelu will represent the country at the 60th Miss Universe finals to be held at the Credicard Hall in Sao Paulo, Brazil, September 12th.
