Smithsonian Zoo, Washington DC 08/07/05:Nikon Coolpix 8800
It was a very hot day at the zoo and we needed something cold!! Here it is!! There are sprinkles everywhere in the zoo and lots of people especially kids were running under the mist to cool themselves down. It was fun to watch people and see how they are happy after walking through the mocking rain.
I rarely take kind of candid picture and find it difficult. However, this time I enjoyed taking this Refreshing. After almost ten shots of trying, I got this one which is still not perfect but I really like it.
This is my first time using Nikon Coolpix 8800, which now is my camera.
You will see more and more pictures from me and my new camera then.
Still not comfortable with my new buddy yet, it may take me a while!!!
However, it is a very nice camera, produces such a good picture.
This only thing is I still get used to the layout of all the buttons of Canon
and this makes me always turn the new Nikon off by accident
because it is the place for the Zoom button of Canon!!!
