1.mustard green 5-6 bunches 2.curry paste 50 grams 3.shrimp paste ½ tablespoon 4.chicken meat 250 grams 5.fermented fish powder ½ tablespoon
Method:
1. Melt the curry paste with the shrimp paste on the stove (may need some clear water). 2. While it heated up pour the chicken and mix them up. 3. Put the mustard green (core part) after the chickens cooked. 4. Once it has boiled up, put the rest of the mustard green (leaves), and spice it with salt and fermented fish powder. 5. Serve immediately with steam rice.
