2. When the cake is done, did you take it out from springform and then cool off ka?
3. I notice on the side, it's very smooth ka. When you frost the cake with truffel, did you use spatula to spread and run on the side ka. Please advise some techniques if you don't mind ka. Or do I need to use a cake rack to cool off ka?
