กลับมาที่เพลงนี้ ผมชอบเดวิด ฟอสเตอร์มากๆ การพบกับเดวิดฟอสเตอร์ในเพลงแรกอย่างThe Glory of Love ทำให้ผมตามหาเพลงของเขามาตลอด ผลงานที่ทำดนตรีและเขียนเนื้อเพลงช่างเป็นสิ่งที่มหัศจรรย์มาก ดนตรีสวยเนื้อเพลงเพราะ ทำออกมาแล้วได้ใจผมไปทุกเพลง....ผมเจอเพลงนี้ในอัลบั้มรวมเพลงฮิต A Touch of David Foster...ปี1996 เ็ป็นอัลบั้มที่เดวิดเลือกเพลงที่ตัวเองชอบเพื่อนำมาทำอัลบั้มเพื่อออกขายในย่านเอเซีย ซึ่งแน่นอนเพลงที่เลือกมานั้นระดับเนื้อๆหัวกะทิทั้งนั้น
ดนตรีเพลงนี้โชว์ฝีมือคนทำมาตั้งแต่เริ่มช้าๆด้วยเสียงกลองช้าๆกับเสียงเพลงช้าๆ เมื่อเวลาเราเต้นรำค่อยๆช้าๆ เรียนรู้คู่เต้นรำว่าจังหวะเป็นไง สักพักถึงจะเริ่มดนตรีที่เร็วขึ้น คล้ายชีวิตที่เราเริ่มนั่งนึกบางช่วงของชีวิตมันช้าๆจางๆ เมื่อได้ที่ภาพจะชัดขึ้นและความรู้สึกจะชัดขึ้น ชีวิตก็เหมือนเพลงที่มีช่วงขึ้นลง ผมชอบประโยคขึ้นต้นของเพลงกับตรงท่อนสร้อย When she danced with me Our hearts were free Were free As far as I could see....เป็นการนึกถึงใครสักคนที่เรารักมากๆจนเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกันและกัน เมื่อถึงจุดหนึ่งในชีวิตที่ต้องเดินแยกกัน เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปแล้วได้มองกลับมาที่ความทรงจำที่มีให้กัน ช่างเป็นคืนวันที่มีความสุข แม้ว่าวันนี้จะไม่ได้อยู่คู่กัน....ความทรงจำดีๆในบางช่วงเวลาของชีวิตนั้นมีคุณค่ามากมายโดยเฉพาะในยามที่เรากำลังลำบากหรือสับสนกับชีวิตในปัจจุบัน สิ่งนี้จะช่วยให้เรามองเห็นหนทางในยามที่รู้สึกว่าชีวิตมันตีบตัน.....
