ขัดผิวด้วย ''ขิง และ งา''

ใครต่อใคร ก็รู้ว่าการขัดผิวช่วยกำจัดเซลล์ผิวเก่า เผยให้เห็นผิวใหม่ที่สดใสกว่า และทำให้การทาครีมบำรุงต่างๆ ซึมซาบได้ดีขึ้น ฉะนั้น จึงควรหาเวลาขัดผิวให้ได้สัปดาห์ละครั้ง และยิ่งคุณใช้ส่วนผสมดีๆ ในการขัดผิว ก็จะทำให้คุณรู้สึกผ่อนคลายได้ด้วย อย่างเช่นสครับขัดผิวตำรับนี้ที่ใช้ขิงและงาเป็นส่วนผสมหลัก วิธีการคือ

- สับขิงที่ยาวประมาณหนึ่งนิ้วให้ละเอียด หรือนำเข้าเครื่องบดก็ได้
- จากนั้นเติมโสมชนิดผงลงไป 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ น้ำตาลทราย 1 1/2 ช้อนโต๊ะ น้ำมันงา 4 ช้อนโต๊ะ น้ำมันกุหลาบ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ น้ำมันหอมระเหยกลิ่นส้มแมนดาริน 5-10 หยด แล้วคนให้เข้ากัน
- ในขณะที่คุณอยู่ในอ่างอาบน้ำหรือใต้ฝักบัว ก็นวดส่วนผสมนี้ลงบนผิวกายเป็นแนววงกลม แล้วล้างน้ำออก อย่าลืมสูดหายใจลึกๆ เพื่อให้กลิ่นหอมจากขิงและน้ำมันหอมระเหยต่างๆ ช่วยทำให้คุณรู้สึกผ่อนคลาย
