Chicken Tofu Hanbaku
I made this cos i miss Tofu Hanbaku of Ootaya Take Home, now is closed -_-"
The original used pork. I used chicken instead and soft tofu.
sliced then ground together ... like this
chopped onion and garlic
then add to ground chicken and add parsley
also add 1 egg white and a table spoon of flour
season with pepper and soy sauce then mix well
grill on the teflon pan ... no need oil
and voila! looks good, huh?
made Tonkatsu sauce
eat with brown rice topped with furikake, chick pea, and spinach.
So full ... Yummy and healthy! ^_^
