My whole wheat bread
This is a fat free bread recipe. I used bread machine to make it.
It's easy, just yeast, whole wheat flour, salt, sugar/honey, and water
Put all the ingredients into the breadmaker.

Sliced it. It's done at night so have to taste in the morning. ^^"

Made ham sandwich -- yummm ~ Its texture is tightly grainy like The Oriental's one.
It's good with my sugar free strawberry preserves as well. ^^
Although it's not my first bread (haven't baked it for a long time) but this loaf is my best one. I'm glad that it turned out right. ^^
