(Day 1) Why never say diet again??
Well, 15 minutes ago I wrote a very long blog but the IE crashed on me so I have to cut the things short for my first entry of this blog.
The best way to lose weight is to make a lifestyle change not diet. You have to learn how to be healthy, happy, and slim for yourself and for the rest of your life.
I used to be 155 kilo gram back in September last year (2006) now I am 133 kilogram with 39% of bodyfat.
I am nither an expert nor have achieved yet my goal but I did somthing for the last 6 months and it works for me so I would like to share my experience with you and we all could walk together toward healthier life.
So once and for all we will proudly "never say diet" again!!!
