Man City to battle Arsenal Man City to battle Arsenal for Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus The transfer window may be closed until January but you can expect Marco Reus to be part of many rumours for at least the rest of the season. Reus has been sensational for Dortmund in recent seasons and was hugely unfortunate to miss out on the World Cup due to an injury picked up in the final Germany friendly before their victorious campaign in Brazil. There are regular rumours in Germany that Reus has a contract clause allowing him to leave Dortmund next summer and the likes of Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Manchester United have been heavily linked. Of course a move to Bayern would be hugely controversial considering Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski have signed on at the Allianz Arena from Dortmund in recent seasons. Some Arsenal fans believe Reus would be the perfect signing although you wonder how he would fit in at the Emirates with so many attacking midfielders and forwards.
