Normally, Sustainability workshops begin with discussions about policies, frameworks, or regulations. However, this workshop felt different and genuinely enjoyable because the organizers gave participants the opportunity to design their own travel routes and integrate sustainability concepts into those journeys.

            What impressed me the most was listening to the tour guides who created round-trip travel routes from Bangkok to different regions of Thailand. I could see the sparkle in their eyes while they presented their ideas. They enthusiastically explained things like, “This part could use a solar-powered boat,” or “This route can rely on trains and public transportation instead of private Vans.”

           It was a wonderful experience to see sustainability being connected with real travel experiences, and for me, it was a truly meaningful and memorable workshop.
