"กิจกรรมจิตอาสาประดิษฐ์ดอกไม้จันทน์ถวายสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปี "กิจกรรมจิตอาสาประดิษฐ์ดอกไม้จันทน์ ถวายสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง”  "กิจกรรมจิตอาสาประดิษฐ์ดอกไม้จันทน์ถวายสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง” เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2569 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครนิวยอร์ก ร่วมกับทีมประเทศไทย ณ นครนิวยอร์ก และคนไทยในนครนิวยอร์กประดิษฐ์ดอกไม้จันทน์ถวายสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพและวันแม่แห่งชาติ 12 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ อาคารที่ทำการสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ การประดิษฐ์ดอกไม้จันทน์ในครั้งนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกิจกรรมจิตอาสาบำเพ็ญสาธารณประโยชน์และสาธารณกุศลเพื่อถวายสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ฯและเพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ โดยก่อนเริ่มกิจกรรมจิตอาสา กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้กล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรมจิตอาสาและน้อมนำพระราชหัตถเลขาในพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่ความว่า “เราจะทำความดีด้วยหัวใจ และจะดำเนินชีวิตด้วย ปัญญา สัจจะ ความดี เพื่อประโยชน์ตนและผู้อื่นให้พร้อมถึง ด้วยความไม่ประมาท” สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ จะรวบรวมดอกไม้จันทน์ที่ร่วมกันประดิษฐ์ในครั้งนี้ถวายสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ณ พระราชพิธีถวายพระเพลิงพระบรมศพในปลายปีนี้ต่อไป ********** A Volunteer Activity to Make Sandalwood Flowers in Honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother On August 21, 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate General in New York, together with Team Thailand in New York and the Thai community in New York, organized an activity to craft sandalwood flowers (Dok Mai Chan) in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on the occasion of Her Majesty’s Birthday Anniversary and National Mother’s Day 12 August 2026 at the Royal Thai Consulate General. This sandalwood flower crafting was part of a volunteer service and activity dedicated in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, expressing deepest gratitude for Her Majesty’s boundless royal benevolence. Before commencing the activity, Consul-General Miss Somjai Taphaopong addressed the objective of the activity and cited His Majesty the King’s Royal Letter: "We shall do good deeds with our hearts, and live our lives with wisdom, truthfulness, and goodness for the benefit of ourselves and others with mindfulness." The Royal Thai Consulate General will gather all the crafted sandalwood flowers to present in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at the Royal Cremation Ceremony.
