Hello Everyone, finally I am back at this Recipe Room. I've busy with myself ( I really don't know what I've been busy about) . Seems like I have so manythings to do in one day and couldn't finish those missions within a day. Anyhow, I started cooking again recently with something simple and it can lead to some other desserts. Thanks to Khun Anadiar who shared this nice recipe with us. Well, let's have a look then.
Let them steeped , leave them alone. I didn't put a lid over. My mom kept walking by and snatched one each time. It tasted really good though. Sweet outside and tart in the middle. Just lovely
Actually Khun Anadiar recommended to steep them as long as you can wait. But I wasn't patient enough. I steeped them for 1 hour and 30 mins only. Then I prepared to strain but keeping the juice.
what I did here. I waited until the sauce is more than lukewarm. Then mix in the strained blueberry in . I guess you could mix them while the sauce is hot but I want them to be nicely round not mushy and mashed.
