I have been busy and haven't done any blog lately. Because I don't know what to do. So the Puff Pastry came in mind, so I just did. So I did both French and English Method. Let's go take a look!!
Well, I did Both Methods : French and English. In some books, refer French method as German method. Some refer English as Scotch. It doesn't matter for me anyway. I just did both. Let's go and take a look how to do it.

เอาแป้งกับเนยมันปั่นในเครื่องปั่นให้เป็นเม็ดๆ
Put in Flour and Butter in foodprocessor then Whizz.... together til it get into small crumbs
Form into a ball then do the cross mark if you want to do French or German method. For English or Scotch method just form into a ball and rest the dough for 30 mins. I don't know Resting dough is necessary or not but I did. Anyone got a probolem with that?? Huh?
For French or German method, folding 4 angles and seal all edges. for English or Scotch method, place Pastry Margarine on 2/3 of the dough then fold 1/3 part over like the picture shown
There 2 types of Turning : Single and Double. What I did called Double Turns. For this recipe, it calls for 4 double turns. Give the first 2 double turns then rest for 30 mins each turns til you get 4 double turns
