Ingredients 200 g. shrimp 400 g. Cauliflower 3 cloves garlic 2 tsp thin soy sauce 1 Tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 3 Tbsp water
1. Chop garlic. Cut the Cauliflower into small florets. Peel and devain shrimp. For a presentation, you can use whole shrimp (with head) and peel.
2. Heat a wok or a pan on high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and chopped garlic and stir.
3. Add Cauliflower when the garlic starts to brown. Stir to get the Cauliflower somewhat cooked. Add water, let it cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and stir to cook them. Add thin soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
5. The shrimp shouldn't take long to cook. You want the shrimp to just cook, but not overcook, it indicates that they are cooked. Turn off the heat and pour on a plate immediately.
