Prepare: 1 cup chicken beast (cut to a thin but big piece) 1/2 cup tapioca flour 1 cup vegetable oil 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1/2 cup onion (cut small) 1/4 cup green, red sweet bell pepper 1/4 cup soybeans 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. Thai pepper cup scallion 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
Cooking Instruction: 1. Mix tapioca flour with ผ cup of water. Add just some small amount first until the flour gets sticky enough to fry with chicken. 2. Dip chicken into the mixed above. Then, deep fry until the chicken turn gold and crispy 3. After you finish, leave it in the strainer. 4. Put 1 tbsp. in a hot pan. Fry minced garlic until it smells nice. Then, add onion, sweetbell pepper, soybeans. Stir for 30 second. 5. Add crispy chicken, soybean sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, Thai pepper and then scallion. Mix well. 6. Serve with jasmine rice.
