Taishoken @ Ramen Champion
เมื่ออาทิตย์ที่แล้ว ได้รับเชิญจาก คุณ Sapphira ( twitter : @ThonglorEkamai) ให้ไปที่ Arena 10 ทองหล่อ ซอย 10( แอบเจอคุณตัน-โออิชิ กะลังมาจัดวางตุ๊กตาญี่ปุ่นตัวโต กะพี่โน๊ตอุดม ซะด้วย) วันนี้มีนัดทานอาหารและคุยเล่นกัน 7-8 คน จร้า อากาศก็ดี เราเลยนั่งที่ตรง Ramen Champion เลือกนั่งมั่วๆ ไป เจอร้าน ร้านที่ 5 เทพเจ้าแห่งราเมน
นี่คือ ข้อความที่ไปเซิสเจอมาจาก FB ของ ราเมงแชมเปี้ยน
“ร้าน Taishoken 大勝軒
ประเภทราเมง ทสึเคเมนเจ้าแรก 元祖つけ麺 ทสึเคเมนเจ้าแรกของญี่ปุ่น,ต้นฉบับ ทสึเคเมนเจ้าแรก ช่วงนี้ญี่ปุ่นกำลังฮิตรับประทานทสึเคเมน และว่ากันว่าเจ้าแรกที่คิดค้นทสึเค เมนขึ้นมา เป็นร้านไทโชเคนที่อิเคะบุคุโระ ผู้คิดค้นชื่อคือคุณยามากิชิ น้ำซุปของร้านเป็นสูตรดั้งเดิม และเป็นเจ้าแรก ที่คิดค้นนำกระดูกหมู โครงกระดูกไก่ ข้อขาหมู และกระดูกส่วนต่างๆมาตุ๋นเคี่ยว รวมทั้งนำปลาหลากชนิด และผักต่างๆมาเคี่ยวเอาความกลมกล่อมออกมาเป็นน้ำซุปสูตรดั้งเดิมของทางร้าน ไทโชเคน”
ตอนสั่งก็ไม่ได้คิดอะไรมากค่ะ ก็จิ้มเลย เพราะว่าจานนี้เป็นนออริจินอลของทางร้าน
พอพนักงานเค้ายกมาเสิร์ฟเท่านั้นแหละ ขอบอกว่า “มันใหญ่มาก” เทียบกะไอโฟน 4 ที่วางข้างๆละกัน .... แต่ก็สั่งมาคนละจานแล้วอ่ะนะ ทำไงได้ !!! เกือบจะเปลี่ยนชื่อร้านเป็น…. ราเมงกรรมกร (เทียบเคียงกะ บะหมี่จับกัง-ย่านเยาราช ซะแล้ว ! )
ถามน้องพนักงาน ได้ความว่า ก็เอาเส้นน่ะแหละ ไปจุ่มในน้ำซุป แล้วซดเข้าไป เส้นนี่เป็นหมี่เย็นนะคะ แต่น้ำซุปร้อนค่ะ ขอบอกว่า น้ำซุปเข้มข้นมาก แถมรู้สึกว่ามันเหนียวนิดๆด้วย เป็นน้ำซุปสำหรับเอาไว้จุ่มหมี่เย็นลงไป แล้วซดโฮกเลยค่ะ แต่จะมาให้ซดน้ำคงยากส์ เพราะเข้มข้นมาก
ส่วนเนื้อหมูติดมันเยอะมากๆ ที่ใส่เข้ามาในชามด้วย ก็หวานนุ่มชุ่มลิ้น แต่แอบกัดขาดยากไปนิด ส่วนไข้ต้มที่ให้มา เป็นไข่ยางมะตูมเลยค่ะ เทียบเคียงได้
อาหารอื่นๆ ก็มีราเมงน้ำซุปปกติ ที่เห็นๆกัน แล้วก็เกี๊ยวซ่าส์ และจานที่เล็กๆหน่อยรู้สึกว่าจะเป็นข้าวหน้าอะไรซักอย่างจำไม่ได้ ค่ะ (ที่นี่มีเบียร์อาซาฮีด้วยจ้ะ)
คำเตือน :
- ผู้หญิง 2 คน ควรสั่ง 1 ที่ มาทานด้วยกัน // ไม่งั้น ตายแน่ !!! กินไม่หมดหรอก
- ราเมงที่ป้าพริ้งสั่ง ต้องกินให้ไวค่ะ ถ้าไม่ไวพอ เส้นเย็นมันจะเหนียวติดกัน กินยากมั่กส์
Last week, i was invited by Khun Sapphira ( twitter : @ThonglorEkamai) to have "Twitter Date dinner" at Ramen Champion, Arena 10 Thonglor , with 7-8 people on twitter who follow Khun Sapphira ( wow ! what's a surprise, i met khun Tun-Oishi and Note - Udom try to put the huge statue of cute cartoon arround the Ramen Champion for adding more fun thing at Ramen Champion)
It was good weather night , a bit cool not hot like usual, so we decide to take a seat in outdoor area of "Taishoken"... that i have heard that they have been called "god of ramen".

"Taishoken 大勝軒
This shop is the first one that had created Tsukemen ( dipping ramen ) in Japan. Tsukemen is now so popular in Japan. Taishoken is located Ekebukuro, Chef Yamakachi id the master of Tsukemen. The soup is Taishokens’ signature and this is the first soup of ramen that contain pork bone, chicken bone , fish and some veggie in it."
Before I ordered Tsukemen, I didn’t think that much. I just ask the waitress which one should I order ,if I had been here for the first time.
When she came out with this huge bowl of ramen and huge bowl of soup , I was extremely surprised. How a gal like me can eat them all ! If you guys can’t recognize how big is it, please see the bowl that compare to iphone4.
Then, I start eat them… I start dipping the cold noodle in hot soup. Ummmm….
The noodle is so big ,soft and a bit sticky. The soup is a bit salty , so tasty and a bit thick. There are some streaky pork , boiled egg and bamboo shoot. Streaky pork is so soft and can melt in my mouth but It difficult to cut it and put it in my beautiful mouth, haha.
Other dish : Ramen, some small bowl of rice with tofu on the top (maybe) and Asahi beer.
Warning :
- if you are 2 gals , please order just 1 ramen…. Becoz if u can finish it by your own, after that I can gain weight! haha
- If u order Tsukemen , please eat it quickly. If you slowly eat it , the noodles will be stick together.
