This menu is a little bit spicy as we have to add the Green curry paste when we cook. Lets learn this menu !!
150 g. ground chicken 3 tbsp of vegetable oil 3 tbsp of Green curry paste 2 cups of cooked rice 2 tbsp of Brinjal eggplants (Makhua Phuang) 3 Fresh Kaffir lime leaves 1 red spur chili, sliced obliquely 2 tbsp of sweet basil leaves 2 tbsp of soy sauce 1 tsp of sugar
Cooking Method : Add vegetable oil in the pan then heat oil with medium then stir fry the green curry paste until it bring out good aroma. Add the chicken, Brinjal eggplants, Kaffir lime leaves, red chilli, continue to stir fry about 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and seasoning with the soy sauce, sugar, red spur chillies and sweet basil leaves. Continue to Stir fry about 1 - 2 minutes
