โดยการหยุดใช้ความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำของตัวเราเองที่เคลื่อนที่ไปตามสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ความหมายในการหยุดใช้ความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำของตัวเราเองที่เคลื่อนที่ไปตามสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นมีความหมายแยกออกเป็นการหยุดเพื่อเดินต่อตามจุดยืนเดิมหรือการหยุดเพื่อเดินต่อตามจุดยืนใหม่ ซึ่งความสามารถและความไม่สามารถในสิ่งเดียวกันในเวลาเดียวกันที่จะทำให้เกิดการมีขึ้นของการเดินต่อบนจุดยืนเดิมหรือบนจุดยืนใหม่หมายถึง ความสามารถและความไม่สามารถในการนำเอาข้อมูลที่มีอยู่เดิมและการนำเอาข้อมูลที่เกิดขึ้นใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้นภายนอกเข้าสู่ความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำภายในเพื่อทำให้เกิดการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างข้อมูลที่มีอยู่เดิมและข้อมูลที่เกิดขึ้นใหม่ภายนอกกับข้อมูลที่มีอยู่เดิมภายในกับข้อมูลที่นำเข้าไปใหม่ที่อาจนำไปสู่การเกิดมีขึ้นของความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำใหม่ๆของตัวเราเอง

การใช้ชีวิตอยู่ภายใต้ความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำที่มีอยู่เดิมของตัวเราเองหมายถึง การใช้ชีวิตเพื่อรักษาและคงไว้ซึ่งสิ่งที่เรามีอยู่หรือในอีกความหมายหนึ่งคือการใช้ชีวิตเพื่อรักษาและคงไว้ซึ่งสิ่งที่เราคิดและเข้าใจไปเองว่าสิ่งนี้คือ สิ่งที่บ่งบอกความเป็นตัวตนของเรา เมื่อเรามีความเชื่อในสิ่งใดก็ตามสิ่งนั้นจะกลายเป็นสิ่งที่มีค่ามีความหมายสำหรับเราทันที ยิ่งเชื่อก็ยิ่งมองเห็นความจริงที่อยู่ในความเชื่อนั้น ยิ่งมองเห็นความจริงที่อยู่ในความเชื่อนั้นยิ่งทำให้เราเดินหลงเข้าไปในความจริงที่อยู่ในความเชื่อนั้นลึกยิ่งขึ้น ยิ่งเราเดินหลงเข้าไปในความจริงที่อยู่ในความเชื่อนั้นลึกยิ่งขึ้น การหาทางออกจากความจริงตามความเชื่อที่เราเชื่อว่าเป็นความจริงจึงเป็นเรื่องที่มีความยากมากถึงมากที่สุด ดังนั้นถ้ามีคนมาบอกเราว่า ความเชื่อที่เราเชื่อว่าเป็นความจริงนั้นไม่ได้มีความจริงอยู่ในนั้นเลยหรือมีความจริงอยู่ในนั้นน้อยมาก สิ่งที่ทุกคนทำเหมือนกันคือ ความพยายามในการต่อต้านคำพูดของคนที่มาบอกเราเพื่อยืนยันจุดยืนหรือยืนยันความเชื่อของตัวเองว่าเป็นความจริงหรือมีอยู่จริง ซึ่งในความเหมือนมีความต่างและในความต่างมีความเหมือน ดังนั้นความพยายามในการต่อต้านคำพูดของคนที่มาบอกเราเพื่อยืนยันจุดยืนหรือยืนยันความเชื่อของตัวเองว่าเป็นความจริงหรือมีอยู่จริงจึงมีความเหมือนและความแตกต่างกันไปตามระดับของความเชื่อ ระยะเวลาที่เราอยู่ในความเชื่อและจำนวนครั้งในการนำเอาความเชื่อนั้นออกมาใช้งาน+ระดับของความเข้มแข็งและหรือระดับของความอ่อนแอที่มีอยู่ในความเชื่อของแต่ละคน ซึ่งระดับของความเชื่อ ระยะเวลาที่เราอยู่ในความเชื่อและจำนวนครั้งในการนำเอาความเชื่อนั้นออกมาใช้งาน+ระดับของความเข้มแข็งและหรือระดับของความอ่อนแอที่มีอยู่ในความเชื่อของแต่ละคนจะแยกออกเป็นสองส่วนคือ ในส่วนของความเป็นมนุษย์และในส่วนของความเป็นจิตวิญญาณ ซึ่งทั้งสองส่วนจะมีความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำที่เป็นตัวช่วย/เป็นเครื่องมือในการแสดงออก ซึ่งความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำที่เป็นเครื่องมือในการแสดงออกให้กับความเชื่อที่มีอยู่ในส่วนของความเป็นมนุษย์และในส่วนของความเป็นจิตวิญญาณของเราเองนั้นจะมี/เป็นและไม่มี/ไม่เป็นทั้งความเหมือนและความแตกต่างกันที่อยู่ภายในตัวเองและภายในกันและกัน ซึ่งการมี/เป็นและไม่มี/ไม่เป็นทั้งความเหมือนและความแตกต่างกันของ/ระหว่างความเป็นมนุษย์และหรือความเป็นจิตวิญญาณที่อยู่ภายในตัวเองและอยู่ภายในกันและกันของเราคือ ส่วน/สิ่งที่ทำให้เกิดการมี/เป็นและไม่มี/ไม่เป็นของความสามารถและความไม่สามารถในการทำให้เกิดการสร้างและทำลาย/เกิดการเกิดและตายขึ้นของความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำขึ้นภายในตัวเราเองและภายในกันและกัน ซึ่งการเกิดมีขึ้นของความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำมีความหมายในสองทางคือ การเกิดมีขึ้นของความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำเดิมที่อยู่บนรูปแบบใหม่ของสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปหรือการเกิดมีขึ้นของความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำใหม่ที่อยู่บนรูปแบบใหม่ของสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป ซึ่งการเกิดมีขึ้นของทั้งความคิดความรู้สึกเดิมหรือความคิดความรู้สึกใหม่ที่อยู่บนรูปแบบใหม่ของสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปคือ ส่วน/สิ่งที่จากการมี/เป็นและไม่มี/ไม่เป็นของความสามารถและความไม่สามารถในการทำให้เกิดการสร้างและทำลาย/เกิดการเกิดและตายขึ้นของความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำที่ทำให้เกิดมี/เป็นและไม่มี/ไม่เป็นความซับซ้อนและความพัวพันกันมากขึ้นหรือน้อยลงภายในตัวเองและภายในกันและกันที่อยู่ภายในตัวเรา การจัดระเบียบให้กับความคิดความรู้สึกและการกระทำของเราเองจะทำให้การใช้ชีวิตของเรามี/เป็นความซับซ้อนและความพัวพันกันน้อยลง ยิ่งเรามี/เป็นของความซับซ้อนและความพัวพันน้อยลงมากเท่าไหร่เราก็จะมีความเข้าใจในการใช้ชีวิตมากยิ่งขึ้น ยิ่งเรามีความเข้าใจในการใช้ชีวิตมากยิ่งขึ้นเราก็จะยิ่งมีความสุขกับการใช้ชีวิตมากยิ่งขึ้น การมีความสุขกับการใช้ชีวิตมากยิ่งขึ้นไม่ได้หมายความว่าเราจะไม่พบเจอกับความทุกข์อีกเลย แต่หมายความว่าความทุกข์ที่เกิดขึ้นจะไม่สามารถทำให้เรามี/เป็นทุกข์ได้อีกต่อไป

You may say its normal that everyone take one thing that reasoned to them back in but that thought is right and wrong in the same thing in the same time because people are different and the same reason that make people different also make people not different too. Human being live their lives circle around their own thought and feeling and circle around each other thought and feeling in the wrong way. No matter who you are or where you are it's time to learn and do things the right way which just turn around and turn back from who you are and where you are. There are two meaning in both turn around and turn back 1. Earth earth means earth and not mean earth in the same thing in the same time 2. People people means people and not mean people in the same thing in the same time because two meaning are one and not one in the same thing in the same time as you can see that turn around and turn back are two different turn but they are sharing the same the word "turn" that's mean they connect to each other by the word "turn" and by connecting two different things that sharing the same word means people must be ready to pay two prices that represent in both turn. Earth and People are different and not different in the same thing in the same time. The World contains different and not different in the same thing in the same time that might have caused complex and not complex, violence and non violence which reflect lives to be confusing and not confusing in the same thing in the same time, loosing and not loosing in the same thing in the same time.

PS: Most people do things that having its right and wrong in the same thing in the same time so please stop fighting each other because fighting could lead to nowhere but circle around yourself and around each other. People do right and wrong in the same thing in the same time because of themselves and not because of themselves in the same thing in the same time. Human or anything that live in this world could not be exits or do anything without being assisted by the basic force of natures and the law of natures+the rotation of the world and orbit around the sun. There are must more to see and to find in those natures which will not just ultimately change the way of living but switching Earth magnetic field. No one could stand alone in this world. Everyone or everything has its own point to stand and has its own point to connect to the world but the point that everyone or everything use to stand in and to connect to the world do not only have one stand or one connection so when people have their thought and mind stand in and to connect to the world in one side mean they have their thought and feeling stand in and connecting to one side of their own thought and feeling not all of their thought and feeling. To stand in and connecting to one side of their own thought and feeling mean they loosing a balancing inside themselves when people loosing a balancing inside themselves they loosing a balancing outside themselves too because inside and outside both always have the reflect on each other. Outside is the reflection of inside and in the other way round inside is the the reflection of outside.
