I failed to find any Thai style grilled pork with sticky rice on the way from Samui to Hongkong.... And I wouldn't have bothered to make it if my friend hadn't accepted my invitation to dinner at my place ( And I wouldn't have invited her if she didn't buy my little gal a nice dress from Vietnam !! )
Consequently ,one thing led to another..I ended up making more than grilled pork !!
Let's see what I prepared...
Couldn't miss this thing for sure ,could I ?
Yeah,it's pork which I marinated with soya sauce ,palm sugar ,seasoning sauce + powder ,garlic ,pepper ,milk and coconut milk !
Next one is beef steak... I had it marinated with olive oil ,bbq powder and salt +pepper..
Lamb is my husband's favorite..so I couldn't skip it ! Made it easy with balsamic vinegar and olive oil plus rosemary.. salt + pepper..
I got some chicken left in the fridge..so it's a good chance to get rid of ! Marinated with curry powder + olive oil + rosemary + thyme + garlic + lemon juice and s & p ..
Whatelse ??? Ohhh..sausages !
Made it healthy with some veggies..
All food done with the preparation...now..let's start the barbie!
Checked the weather...not too good but couldn't be back off !

Started ...
And ready to eat...
Nope....The meal couldn't be perfectly ended without my dessert....so here it comes !
