Offshore Materials Coordinator 04 Feb 15
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Receive materials into the warehouse stock and issue parts to departments.
Liaise with department heads in the preparation of materials requisitions for all parts and equipment
Maintain accurate records of received and outstanding requisitions, and cargo manifests.
Track the progress of Purchase Orders.
Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment spares and consumables
Prepare periodic reports for the Rig Manager and shore-based Supply Chain Manager.
Perform cyclical inventory of stock and maintain the physical inventory in the warehouse and etc.
Apply good safe work practices in all operations.
Qualifications
Diploma, Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
2 years experience in related functions, preferably in drilling industry
Good command of English
Computer literacy
