Field Service Representative-Drilling Fluids, II under Baroid team

Job Capsule:
Under broad direction, provides well site service to customers of Baroid. Utilizes knowledge of company products and services in conjunction with experience in drilling fluid technology to optimize service quality. Based on interpreted results of routine and specialized testing, provides technical guidance of Baroids customized engineered fluids to maximize wellbore value. Complies with health, safety and environmental regulations in all aspects of job performance. Ensures that an adequate inventory of palletized and bulk products are available at the rig site, based on the fluid program and anticipated conditions. Tracks material usage and maintains record of same for inventory and billing purposes. Maintains good working relationship with operator's representative and rig personnel. Skills are typically acquired through completion of undergraduate degree and completion of 10 weeks of formal training in colloidal and general chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, and routine and specialized testing. This position typically has 1 year field experience and must participate in Baroids Competency program.
Job Roles:
1. Communicate recommendations and potential issues to well site personnel, Technical Professional and relief.
2. Manages data acquisition and interpretation through Baroids software suite
3. Maintains accurate inventory records
4. Maintains current knowledge of all products and completes tasks related to environmental compliance applicable to geographical area
5. Performs Drilling Fluids testing and evaluation in a safe and timely manner, performs equipment
calibrations as required and initiates corrective measures as necessary
6. Works closely with Tech Professional and PDC in self evaluation and development
7. Completes required level of post-well evaluation on time and meets with operator's management in concord with NWA geographical area office personnel to address issues, lessons learned and/or
recommendations for future work
8. Demonstrates a willingness to work in other geographical areas either through transfer or temporary assignment
Requirements:
· Thai National
· Completion of an undergraduate degree in Chemistry or relating field.
· Completion of 10 weeks of formal training in colloidal and general chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, and
routine and specialized testing, followed by, up to 2 years of experience and participated in applicable Field Service
Rep. I competencies.
· Good command in English
· Be able to work in flexible schedule

Position: Painting QC Inspector (Based at Rayong)
Mandatory requirement:
Degree, Diploma, Vocational or High School Certificate
Experience in Marine or Protective Coating or Steel Coating or Offshore Coating Inspection experience
Possessing NACE or Bgas CSWIP or Icorr or equivalent is a must.
Good Knowledge and Skills of construction drawings, engineering specifications and work codes, QC procedural instructions.

Responsibilities
Perform amount of inspection surveillance emphasis on steel coating work at respective project in assuring sufficient quality control including reporting and documentation are in place.
Attend inspection role as cited on project ITP, specification and QA plan.
Allow reasonable coverage whenever any personnel are unable to report to work due to sick leave or vacation.
Position: QC Inspection Team Lead (Structural)
Base at Rayong
Mandatory requirement:
Degree or diploma in a related engineering discipline.
Hold current certificate at least Level-2 in Welding Inspection CSWIP/ AWS/ PCN certifications or equivalent.
Minimum 10 Years of experience in Oil & Gas related structural fabrication / inspection.
Minimum 5 Years experience in Supervisory Level.
Conversant in Nondestructive Test inspection (UT, RT, MT, PT)
Good English communication.
Sound specification, Code & Standard knowledge.
Ability to report and conduct presentation.
Ability to train, delegate and follow up actions.
Able to use English effectively in communicating technical matters with various parties on project.
Able to supervise various surveys at the same time, including daily plan & communication to all fabrication related parties.
Computer literacy.
Able to work at Rayong.
Year of Experience: More than 10 Years
Length of the contract: 2 Years
Responsibilities
Assist QC inspection Services Deputy or Supt or Manager Plans for inspection requirements of phase/projects prior to commencement.
Coordinate and meeting with relevant parties.
Organize all disciplined inspection activities at fabrication yard.
Maintain Personnel Certification, Inspection Tools & Equipment Fitness/ Calibration.
Supervise Inspection personnel on implementation of relevant construction drawings, specifications, codes and standard including Australian Quarantine Inspection Standard Adherence.
Auditing & ensure that all project quality control reports, records and documentations are completed and compiled progressively by inspectors.
Ensure that inspection request for verification are attended and implemented as per relevant project procedure or company procedural constructions.
Assist superior in Preparing inspection and test plan.
Assist QC Inspectors to generate punch-list on outstanding works / re-works and review Material and weld history sheet and Nondestructive Examination reports as required
Ensure sign off system or inspection release noted as required.
Assess / evaluate the workmanship and quality of production / contractor giving recommendations for improvement where required.
Ensure that QC Inspector verify site instruction and execute properly
Review and sign off site instruction as required for documentation or system close out.
Provide support for establishment of welder qualification test; welding procedure specifications & procedure qualification records for the project, including inspectors.
Liaise with Welding Engineer for welding concern and Nondestructive Test Coordinator for Nondestructive Examination results daily
Ensure that all welded joint Nondestructive Examination clear and reports available
Evaluate weld joint repair and monitor QC Inspector log control
Support and monitor to ensure inspector participation in compilation of Project Data Books and Manufacturers Data records.
Prepare FCAC, SCAC, IRN and Final Punchlist and submit to Client for review and approval
Carry out additional tasks as directly by the QC Inspection Services Manager

Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations in performing assigned duties. Performs duties to conduct prototype or laboratory tests following prescribed procedures. Learns to build equipment and/or perform basic material or environmental tests using basic techniques with electrical/electronic, chemical, and mechanical equipment. Learns to documents test data for reporting purposes. Maintains files and documentation related to test equipment and test results of equipment. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Skills typically acquired through eight (8) hours of college chemistry (required).
