Job Summary:
Description of Warehouse officer
Identifies material requirements in conjunction with users; monitors and analyzes stock levels and material consumption; and forecasts future requirements Initiates re-order with reasonable lead time to prevent stock shortage and propose scrap and write-off of damaged/obsolete stock items as necessary Coordinate with users to review stock parameters and stock standardization for stock optimization. Performs electronic stock management system to ensure the consistency and accuracy of interfaced data and records with accounting system Updates and maintains stock management database as well as provides stock-related reports and analyses Coordinates with involved expert parties in withdrawing and acquiring necessary instructions for specific materials for safety purpose. Logistics and transportation management to meet field operations benefit.
Skills required for Warehouse officer
High vocational diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Warehouse & Logistic Administration, Commercial or related fields 1 3 years experience in stock control or material planning in oil and gas business Good knowledge of materials, material planning, stock management methods, database management and accounting Good analytical skills Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC Score Requirement : 500) Ability to operate PC and common business software plus knowledge of stock management software package Familiar with IDEAS, SAP database system will be special considerate Able work on shift rotation as per company requirement. Living in the area and working place is at Kamphaengsan Nakorn Pathom and Suphaburi Area
