(crane operator - คนขับ crane) หรือ Head Painter และถ้าคุณมีความสามารถ อดทน พยายาม รวมถึงประสบการณ์ที่มากพอในการตัดสินใจ F/M(foreman) , R/N(roughneck - คนที่ทำงานเกี่ยวกับการขุด) ก็จะไปเป็น Derrick man / Shaker man แล้วก็ Jr.Pump Sr. Pump ตามลำดับ จนได้เป็น Supervisor ก็คือ ASST Driller จนไปเป็น Driller และ T/P (toolpusher คนคุมงานเทคนิคการขุดของทั้งแท่น) ^_____^ อ่ะ ส่วนถ้า ไปสาย Crane Op. / Head painter ก็จะไป ต่อเป็น Deck Pusher หรือ ผู้ช่วย Barge Master/Barge Engineer นั่นเอง แล้วก็ ขึ้นมาเป็น Night Barge/ Asst Barge จนถึง Barge Master / Barge Engineer (คุมส่วนที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับการขุดทั้งแท่น ประมาณกัปตันเรือ) ส่วนอีกฝ่ายก็เป็น Mechanic Electrician ก็ถ้ามีประสบการณ์เป็น Motorman หรือ ว่า ASST Electrician มาก่อน ก็ มีสิทธิ์เลยหละครับ ผมก็สรุปว่า ลองเข้าไปสอบ ไปสัมภาษณ์กันดูก่อนนะครับ ผู้ที่สัมภาษณ์คุณเค้าก็จะแนะนำคุณได้แน่นอนว่าเหมาะกะอะไร มีอะไรมั่นใจแล้วถามเค้าได้เลยนะครับ จะได้ไม่ได้อยู่ที่ตัวคุณแล้วครับ ^_______^ อิอิ โดย : Tripledouble วันที่: 18 มกราคม 2556 เวลา: 22:19:29 น. Do you play any sport, join club or anything? what position you play, what responsibility did you have? what did you learn from that? แล้วก็คุยเล่นกัน ตอนแรก กรรมการหน้าเครียดมาก แต่หลังๆผมพยายามปล่อย Joke เลยทำให้เค้าดีขึ้น แล้วก็ มีการทิ้งทาง See you soon ก็เลยแอบคิด ผมน่าจะผ่านน่ะ ปรากฏกลับมาผ่านจริงๆ 3. หลัก ใน Online assessment แบ่งเป็น 2 part ใหญ่ คือ Verbal กับ Numerical Verbal: จะเป็นมี 3 passages แต่ละอันจะต้องตอบคำถาม 3 ข้อ โดน จะให้เวลากำหนด 75 วินาที, 60 และ 45 วินาที เนื้อเรื่องมีประมาณ 3 - 5 paragraph ผมจะตายตอนข้อ แรกทั้งสามข้อเลยเพราะ อ่านแปลไปด้วยไม่ทัน แต่ ข้อ 2-3 ขอแต่ละข้อหน้า จัดเต็มครับ น่าจะถูก พอจำทางได้ ย่อหน้าหลังๆ ก็ดีขึ้น ถ้าถาม ศํพท์ ถึงไม่ยากมาก แต่ผมรู้สึกยากกว่า Toeic ศัพท์สูงนิดนึง และข้อถามมันเป้นต้องอ่านให้รุ้เรื่องแล้ว ตอบไม่ใช่ เอาเนื้อเรื่องมาตอบ Numerical: มี 3 เนื้อเรื่องเหมือนกัน จะเป้นอารมณ์ ดูการว่างแผน เวลาได้เพิ่มมากหน่อย 90 75 60 แต่เป้นการอ่าน ตารางเช็ตตารางรถบัส จะเดินทางจากนี้ไปนี้ กี่ชั่วโมง จะมากกว่าอีกที่เท่าไร ซึ่ง มันใช้เวลาจริงๆ หรือ ให้ตารางโปรโมชั่นมือถือ ให้แนะนำ ใช้โปรไหนดีถ้าใช้โทรศัพท์แบบนี้ แล้วถูกกว่าอีกอันเท่าไร ตัวอย่าง มี 1-3 ตัวแต่มันเป้นคำถามที่ต้องอ่านดีๆ แล้วตั้งใจจริงๆน่ะครับ 4. สุดท้าย Group Activity รอบนี้โดนคัดมาเลือก 4 คน ปรากฏถามไปถามมา 3 คน รวมผมเป็นชาวบล๊อคเราหมดเลย อีกคนที่ไม่ใช่เป็นรุ่นน้องคณะผมเอง เอิกๆๆ กันเองมากๆ ในนี้เค้าแบ่งเป็น 2 Activity หลักๆ คือ 1. Introduce yourself แล้วให้จับฉลากคำถาม แล้วตอบ แล้วก็ Present บริษัทให้ฟัง เค้าเลี้ยง อาหารเที่ยงด้วย Otoya ด้วยหึหึ เปลมๆ 2. ให้โจทย์ แนวๆ บริษัท ธุรกิจโดนมี case study ขึ้นมาเป็นของ บริษัท Jubilee ถ้าจะมาเปิดเมืองไทย คำถามคือ 2.1 คุณคิดว่าคุ้ม ไว้ หรือลองทำ Operational capacity analysis ให้หน่อย 2.2 จะขายโปรดักส์อย่างไร 2.3 คิดจะ Solo หรือ Copartner กับใครดี 2.4 ทำ Implementation plan ให้หน่อย โดยให้ข้อมูลเมนูของ Jubilee, operation cost and fix cost in Bkk, Other prime area and outside bkk มาให้ และ income ของคนในแต่ละระดับ อายุ เพราะเริ่มรู้จักกันดีก็ จัดเต็ม ผมเป็นคนทำ Operational Capacity analysis ปวดหัวนิสๆ แต่ใช้ประสบการณ์ที่เคยทำ financial analysis ของ pj ตอนทำงานที่ก่อนๆ เลยพยายามดูเพราะมันก็คล้ายๆ กันแต่ scale เล็กกว่า chemical plant เฉยๆ ท้ายๆ หลังจาก ทำ ppt present กันก็ จับรวมกลุ่มมาถามคำถาม เด็ดๆ 1. if we left you on an island and you have a boat only two person can fit in, who will you take with and why? ผมก็ตอบไปถามที่ผมคิด คือ xxx 2. if we only take 1 person, why shall we take you? why not other three.
