Position Details: Job Responsibilities:
- Manage installation vessel fuel forecasting, ordering and emissions associated reporting.
- Manage small projects requiring installation vessel support via service requests from asset teams.
- Provide coordination and organisation support to HAZIDs acting as coordinator and facilitator to document/capture and track actions, ensure close out and implementation.
- Be able to spend periods offshore on DLB during mobilisaiton and demobilization to set up systems and assist Company Authorized Representative on board.
- Coordinate and ensure installation completion certificates and documentation packs are closed and routed to document control for distribution, close out and archiving.
- Participate in lean sigma activities as a team member and assistant to MPG lean sigma green belt.
- Incorporate lessons learned and feedback from installation contractor into tracking registers to monitor progress and implementation.
- Coordinate installation regular meetings, minutes, action tracking and
- Liaise with mechanical equipment vendors and input to approved vendor lists.
- Arrange site seabed debris survey and clearance activities prior to rig arrivals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree qualification in an engineering or quantitative science based discipline
- 2-5 years experience post graduation in a technical role
- Full proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visual Basic skills desired but not essential
- Ability to converse fluently in English as primary business language.

ข้างล่างนี้เป็นความเอื้อเฟื้อใจดีจาก DS#6 คนหนึ่งมาแบ่งปันกัน บล๊อกผมจะอยู่ได้ดีไปยาวนานก็เพราะน้ำใจแบบนี้จากพวกเรา วันนี้เราได้รับมา วันหนึ่งอย่าลืมตอบแทนคืนแก่สังคมนะครับ

ตามที่สัญญาไว้นะครับว่าจะเขียนมาเล่าเรื่องเกี่ยวกับ Drilling School ที่ผมได้มีโอกาสไปเป็นส่วนหนึ่งเมื่อปีที่แล้ว (2555) ซึ่งก็คือรุ่นที่ 6 ครับ โครงการนี้ถูกจัดขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือของกรมเชื้อเพลิงธรรมชาติ กระทรวงพลังงาน กรมการพลังงานทหาร และ Technical Petroleum Training Institute เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรสัญชาติไทย ให้เข้าไปมีบทบาทมากขึ้นในอุตสหากรรม Upstream Oil and Gas พูดง่าย ๆ คือต้องการคนไทยเข้าไปทำงานแทนต่างชาติที่เข้ามาทำงานในบ้านเราอ่ะครับ
รายละเอียดการสัมภาษณ์ต่าง ๆ ผมไม่ขอพูดถึงละกันนะครับ เพราะเห็นว่ามีคนมาแชร์ไว้เยอะแล้ว ผมจะเล่าถึงหลังจากเข้าไปในโครงการแล้วครับ
ซึ่งหลังจากการสัมภาษณ์ ประกาศผลออกมาแล้ว ใน 1 รุ่นจะมีทั้งหมด 24 คนครับ (22 คนนี้จะได้มาจากการสัมภาษณ์ ส่วนอีก 2 คนมาจากคัดเลือกทางกรมการพลังงานทหาร) วันแรกต้องไปรายงานตัวที่ตึก Energy Complex ก็ต้องเก็บข้าวของ เหมือนย้ายบ้านเลยครับ ทั้ง 24 คนจะต้องเข้าไปอาศัยอยู่ในศูนย์ฝึก TPTI ที่บางปู (ต้องย้ายเข้าไปอยู่อาศัยในศูนย์ฝึกเลย ไป-กลับไม่ได้นะครับ เป็นกฏของโครงการ) โดยที่แต่ละห้องจะถูกจัดให้อยู่ห้องละ 2 คนเป็น Buddy กันแบบครับ (หญิงกับชายพักแยกห้องกันนะครับ) ซึ่งแต่ละรุ่นก็จะมีหญิงปะปนกับชายบ้างเล็กน้อย รุ่นผมรุ่นที่ 6 มีผู้หญิง 4 คน ส่วนผู้ชายมีทั้งหมด 20 คน
วันแรกที่เข้าไปก็เป็นโครงการสันทนการเล็กน้อยครับ แนะนำตัวต่าง ๆ กิจกรรม Ice Breaking เพื่อให้ทุกคนได้รู้จักกันเบื้องต้นครับ กับสอบวัดระดับภาษาอังกฤษ วันถัดไปก็เริ่มเรียนเลย คอร์สเกี่ยวกับการแนะนำอุตสหกรรมปิโตรเลียมต้นน้ำในประเทศไทย และแนะนำบทบาทของกรมเชื้อเพลิงธรรมชาติ กระทรวงพลังงาน
วันต่อมาจะเป็นการไปเยี่ยมชมบริษัท Thai Nippon Steel ครับ ไปดูขา Platform หน้าตาเป็นแบบไหน เค้าสร้างกันยังไง กลับมาก็มาเรียนเกี่ยวกับระบบขุดเจาะต่าง ๆ Basic Drilling Operation จะเจาะหลุมน้ำมันต้องทำยังไง ใช้อุปกรณ์อะไรบ้าง ส่วนประกอบของการขุดเจาะมีอะไรบ้าง คอร์สนี้เนื้อหาดีมากครับ ครอบคลุมทุกอย่างทำให้ทุกคนเห็นภาพกว้าง ๆ ของ Drilling System ได้ชัดเจนมากครับ
ถัดมาจะเป็นคอร์ส Working At Height เรียนเกี่ยวกับการทำงานบนที่สูง ต้องมีอุปกรณ์อะไรบ้าง แต่ละชนิดเรียกว่าอะไรบ้าง ทำไมต้องใช้อุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวขณะทำงานบนที่สูง มีทั้งทฤษฏีและปฏิบัติครับ เรียน 5 วันสนุกสุดขีดเลย ฮาๆ แถมได้ใบ Certificate อีก
ถัดมาจะเป็นคอร์ส Drilling Technology เรียนเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีการเจาะต่างๆ เจาะยังไง อุปกรณ์หน้าตาเป็นแบบไหน คอร์สนี้จะลงรายละเอียดมากกว่า Basic Drilling Operation หน่อยนึงครับ ซึ่งมันทำให้นักเรียนทุกคนเข้าใจกลไกต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างเข้าใจครับ
จบคอร์สนี้ไม่ทันได้หายใจ พวกผมทั้ง 24 คนก็จะถูกส่งไปทำงานที่หน้างานจริงที่ Rig ของกรมการพลังงานทหารครับ ย้ายข้าวของกันต่อ งานที่ต้องไปทำก็คือต้องไปเป็น Roughneck Roustabout แบ่งกะกันทำงานกันเป็นกะครับ กะละ 8 คน 3 กะกะละ 8 ชม. เหนื่อยจริงครับช่วงนั้น ช่วงแรกๆ เช้าตื่นมาฝึกเหมือนทหาร สายหน่อยออกมาเรียนทฤษฏีกับอาจารย์จากกรมพลังงานทหาร บ่าย ๆ ค่ำ ออกไปฝึกงาน ทำงานที่ Rig ฝนตกแดดออก ต้องทนให้ได้ครับ ทั้งเหนื่อย แต่สนุก ได้เห็นหน้างานจริง ไปต่อก้านเจาะ ไปดูว่าหน้าตาอุปกรณ์ที่ได้เรียนมาจากในหนังสือ แต่ละตัวเรียกว่าอะไร ทำงานยังไง เห็นหมดครับ อยู่ประมาณ 1 เดือนครับ ระหว่างทำงานต้องทำ Presentation ด้วยนะครับ เพราะต้องนำเสนอผลงานของนักเรียก Drilling School ให้กับทางกรมการพลังงานทหาร ก่อนจบการฝึกภาคปฏิบัตรครับ
หลังจากทำงานตากแดด มาเป็นเวลากว่าแรมเดือน ช่วงเดือนสิงหาได้มีโอกาสไปเยี่ยมเยียน PTTEP LKU ครับ ไปดูงานภายในโครงการ และก็มีอาจารย์มาสอนวิชา Wirline Slickline operation เรียนเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ PCE แต่ละชิ้นมีหน้าที่ยังไง Slickline ใช้เอาไปทำอะไรได้บ้างในวงการนี้
กลับมาจากลานกระบือก็ต้องกลับมายิงยาวกันต่อที่บางปู เริ่มต้นใหม่ด้วยการเรียนคอร์ส Well Planning และ Survey เป็นการเรียนเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบหลุมเจาะว่าจะไปในทิศทางไหน ศัพท์แต่ละตัวที่ใช้มีอะไรบ้าง มีงานมาให้ทำว่าเรามี Target 4-5 จุดเราจะออกแบบหลุมเรา Sidetrack ไปในทิศทางไหนให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงที่สุด
คอร์สต่อมาผมถูกส่งไปเรียน IWCF (International Well Control Forum) คอร์สนี้เป็นคอร์สที่หินมากครับ เรียนเกี่ยวกับ Well control system หลักการควบคุม pressure การคำนวณ Kill Sheet ว่าคำนวณยังไง เวลามีสิ่งที่เราไม่ต้องการเข้ามาในหลุม (Influx) เราจะเอามันออกไปได้วิธีไหนบ้าง BOP แต่ละตัวมีหน้าที่เป็นยังไง ใช้ทำอะไร สนุกมากครับ วิชานี้ผมชอบมาก ได้ความรู้เยอะมาก แต่วิชานี้สอบซีเรียจมากครับ ต้องทำคะแนนให้ได้เกิน 80 % ถึงจะผ่านและได้ใบ Certificate จาก IWCF มาครอบครองเลยครับ (มีตกไปหลายคนนะครับ ไม่ได้ใบ Certificate นี้ น่าเสียดายนะครับ)
จบจาก IWCF ก็มาต่อด้วยการเรียน Basic Cementing เรียนเกี่ยวกับระบบ Cement ในหลุมว่าใช้ทำอะไร จะผสมยังไงให้ได้ตามที่เราต้องการ สนุกดีนะครับ เรียนๆ หลับๆ ฮาๆ
จบจากคอร์ส Cement ก็เป็นคอร์สของวิชา Geophysics เรียนเกี่ยวกับระบบ Seismic ทำอะไรบ้าง ทำยังไง แปลกราฟยังไง ผลลัพทธ์ที่ได้มาจากการทำ Seismic ต้องมานั่งประมวลผลกันว่าตรงไหนเป็นจุดที่คิดว่าน่าจะมี Petroleum กักเก็บอยู่ Fault อยู่ตรงไหน การหาตำแหน่ง Marker เพื่อ Correlation กันระหว่าง Seismic data นั่งระบายสีแบ่ง Zone ของชั้นหิน สำหรับผมคิดว่ายากครับคอร์สนี้ที่จบสายวิศวะมา แต่ผมก็ไม่ยอมแพ้ครับ ได้ความรู้มาเยอะมากเลย (ทุกวันนี้เห็นกราฟ seismic จะคิดถึงวิชานี้ขึ้นมาทันที นั่งหา Fault หา Marker)
จบจากวิชานี้ก็ต่อด้วย Wireline Operations Electricline เป็นพี่ๆ จาก French Company สีน้ำเงินบริษัทเก่าพี่นกล่ะครับ มาสอน ^_^ เรียนเกี่ยวกับ Open Hole Logging ครับว่าใช้ทำอะไร Gamma Ray, Resistivity, Caliper, Neutron-Density etc. เอาไปหาน้ำมันได้ยังไง การคำนวณ Reserve คร่าว ๆ ว่าหาจาก Log ได้อย่างไร สนุกมากครับคอร์สนี้ มีให้แปลกราฟ Log ด้วยว่า Zone ไหนที่คิดว่าน่าสนใจที่สุด ชอบมากครับ
หลังจากเรียนซีเรียจติดๆ กันมาหลายคอร์ส คอร์สต่อไปนี้สนุกมากครับ เรียน T-BOSIET (Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) หรือเรียกง่าย ๆว่าฝึกน้ำ ฝึกไฟนั้นเอง สนุกมากครับ ได้ไปเรียนที่ศรีราชา เหมือนไปเล่นน้ำมากกว่าครับ ไปนั่งในเฮลิคอปเตอร์แล้วจมเฮลิคอปเตอร์ สนุกครับ ได้เรียน Basic Fire Fighting สนุกครับ ลดความเครียดได้ดีทีเดียว เรียน 4 วัน เหมือนได้ไปพักผ่อน แถมได้ใบ Certificate อีก สนุกครับ
กลับมาจากศรีราชาก็กลับมาอยู่บางปู เรียนวิชา Completion and Subsurface Production and Artificial Lift ครับ เป็นการเรียนเกี่ยวกับด้าน Production เรียนเกี่ยวกับการเอาน้ำมันและแก๊สในหลุมขึ้นมให้ได้เยอะที่สุด อุปกรณ์ Completion มีอะไรบ้าง Artificial Lift มีอะไรบ้าง ทำงานยังไง ค่อนข้างน่าสนใจสำหรับคนที่ชอบด้าน Completion และ Production
ต่อไปเป็นวิชา Drilling Fluids ครับ เป็นอาจารย์ชาวลาติน จากบริษัท French company สีน้ำเงินเช่นเคย สอนตั้งแต่ Drilling Fluids (DF) ใช้ทำอะไร คุณสมบัติเป็นยังไงบ้าง จะแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงคุณสมบัติทางเคมี ทำได้ยังไงบ้าง มีเรียน Lab ด้วยครับ ให้ไปผสม DF ตาม Condition ต่าง ๆ งานนี้ใครจบเคมีมาสบายเลยครับ ใช้อุปกรณ์คล่องเลย
จบคอร์สก็ต่อด้วยวิชา Advance Petroleum Geology เป็นการเอาความรู้ทุกวิชาที่เรียนมา มาใช้กับวิชานี้ เพื่อพัฒนาแหล่งน้ำมันที่สำคัญของโลก หาข้อมูลเอง เปิดหนังสือ ตำราศึกษาเพื่อทำ Presentation ออกมา ตอนเรียนบ่นอุบเลยครับ แต่พอผ่านมาได้
ภูมิใจมากครับ วิชานี้ทำให้ผมเป็นวิศวกรที่มีความรู้ด้าน Geology เยอะเลย
ต่อไปเป็นวิชา Basic Well Intervention เรียนเกี่ยวกับ Coiled Tubing, Snubbing Unit เพื่อการเอาไปใช้งานเพื่อเพิ่ม Production ของหลุมทำได้ยังไงบ้าง Recovery method ทำยังไง การ Control Well ที่ยังมี Pressure อยู่เพื่อทำ intervention ทำได้ยังไงบ้าง
ต่อมาเป็นวิชา Casing and Cementing Techniques เป็นการเรียนการออกแบบระบบ Casing และการทำ Cement ในหลุมว่าทำอะไรได้บ้าง คำนวณ Slurry ต่าง ๆ ออกมา เพื่อให้พอดีกับที่เราต้องการในหลุม
จบคอร์สนี้ก็เป็นคอร์สสุดท้าย Completion Fluids และ Reservoir Drilling Fluids คนสอนก็คนเดียวกับวิชา DF ล่ะครับ รอบนี้มาสอนเกี่ยวกับ Fluids ที่ใช้ในกระบวนการ Completion ว่าผสมยังไง ทำหน้าที่อะไรบ้าง มีทำแลปอีกเช่นเคยครับ
หลังจากจบคอร์สทุกคอร์ส นักเรียน Drilling School จะถูกส่งไปยังบริษัททางด้านปิโตรเลียมต่าง ๆ (นักเรียนไม่สามารถเลือกบริษัทได้นะครับ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นกับ Performance ของแต่ละคนโดยดูจากคะแนนสอบในวิชาต่างๆ) เพื่อฝึกงานเป็นเวลา 7 สัปดาห์

ข้อดีที่ได้มาเรียนที่นี่ก็คือ ได้เพื่อนเพิ่ม ได้สังคมที่ดีมาก โดยเฉพาะความรู้เพิ่มขึ้นเยอะมากครับ หน้างานเห็นอะไรก็พอเข้าใจ จินตนาการคิดตามได้หมด เพราะตอนเรียนถูกสอนมาหมดทุกอย่างเลย ตั้งแต่ Survey หาน้ำมันยังไง เจาะยังไง ผลิตยังไง ตอนไปทำงานนี้หลอกไม่ได้แน่นอนครับ เพราะมีความรู้ครบทุกด้าน แถมตอนจบโอกาสได้งานในวงการมีสูงครับ เพราะนักเรียนที่นี่เห็นภาพกว้าง ๆ ตอบคำถามได้หมด
ส่วนข้อเสีย (อันนี้เป็นความเห็นส่วนตัวนะครับ) นักเรียนที่นี่จบไปไม่มีวุฒิการศึกษานะครับ ไม่เหมือน ป.โท ที่มีวุฒิจับต้องได้ ถึงแม้ Drilling School จะเห็นภาพครบด้าน Upstream แต่อย่าลืมว่านี่เหมือนเป็นการ Training ครับ ไม่ใช่ศึกษาเพื่อเอาวุฒิ ผมทำงานกับต่างชาติ ผมตอบคำถามด้าน Petroleum geology ได้หมด แต่ต่างชาติถามจบอะไรมา ผมจบ Electrical Engineer and Drilling School มาเค้าก็งง ว่าคืออะไร

สำหรับคนที่สนใจจะเรียนนะครับ Attitude เป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญมากนะครับ ที่ Drilling School ไม่ต้องการคนอีโก้สูง คิดว่าตัวเองเจ๋ง ตัวเองสำคัญนะครับ แต่โครงการนี้ต้องการคนที่พร้อมจะเปิดรับทุกอย่าง พร้อมจะเรียนรู้ และพร้อมจะทำงานไปด้วยกันเป็นทีมครับ
ขอโทษนะครับพี่นกที่ผมไม่ได้จัดรูปหน้ามาให้ พอดีเทรนหนักก็เลยเขียนแบบรีบๆ ไปหน่อยอะครับ

Engineer, Drilling
Responsibilities:
Manage drilling activities to achieve defined targets, incorporating state-of-the-art operations, cost effectiveness, safety, and skills in optimizing resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Geology, Geoengineering or a related field
5-10 years for E&P experience in any of the following:
Drilling Engineering and Operations
Well Engineering
Reservoir or Petroleum Engineering
Petroleum Production operations
Related drilling experience will be considered: geological/geophysical structures, depth, pressure and temperature, and directional and progress computing
Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC Required 700 up)
