500 grams beef, cut into well pieces ( thickness 1 cm x length 7 cm) 2 cloves garlic, crushed 5 coriander roots, crushed 1 teaspoon pepper powder 3 tablespoons white sesame seeds 2 teaspoons sugar 1 tablespoon fish sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1. Cut the beef in a long shape (about 7cm.). Make it as thick as your finger. 2. In a big bowl, add beef, garlic, coriander leaves, pepper powder, sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, white sesame seeds and beef flovor soup base. Knead until all ingredients mixed well 3. Wrap the bowl with plastic and leave the bowl of beef inside refrigerator for 3-4 hours, its best if you leave it there the whole night. 4. Next, arrange them on the big plate or tray. Dry it with sunshine for about 3 hours. (Now, its your job to do whatever you can to keep it away from the flies.) 5. Heat oil in a wok. Until hot then fry the marinated beef until cooked.
