Step 2: Prepare the fruit Cut away the top of the pineapple and the tough outer flesh. You only need half the pineapple for this smoothie. Chop it into chunks that will fit in your juicer.
Slice a large ripe mango in half. Cut horizontal and vertical lines across each of the pieces in a grid effect. Then turn the skin inside out to reveal equal sized chunks. Slice these chunks off the skin with the knife. Peel a lime and chop into pieces small enough to fit in the juicer. Step 3: Juice Feed the pieces of fruit into the juicer one by one, extracting as much juice as you can.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the juice. Top up with a little more ice and garnish with a slice of lime. Drop in a couple of straws Serve
