Waste and Want Chopping Board Waste and Want: A chopping board that allows you to store your chopped vegetables on one side and the waste on the other. The trays are held in place by magnets to allow easy removal. UK-based designer Peter D'Alessandro has come up with a clever solution to chopping board woes, mainly the grievance caused by unwanted mixing of waste scraps and edible parts to be kept. Two magnetic trays sit at either side of the wooden board--one to collect waste and one to collect chopped pieces.
