The successful applicant should have a Diploma in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive or Petroleum.
Those with offshore experience related to Coil tubing maintenance will be given special consideration.

Able to travel aboard

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses
Responsible for reception and order of all Local & International goods & Shipments and checking the accuracy / quality of the goods received. Make sure that all suppliers delivery note are in proper order & no documentation is missing (Two way matches. Delivery note/Purchase Order (PO)). Sort all discrepancy at the same time.
Reception of goods to be processed in system & cross checked to quantities on invoice. All goods to be placed in allocated shelves. Any partial deliveries to be followed up with the supplier in appropriate time
For the emergency needs, need to cooperate with the other locations/worldwide stores to get the necessary M&S on time.
Maintain and Adjust MIN/ MAX level for all local parts in the stores. Consolidate the orders before processing
To deliver the Material& Supplies (M&S) to location or cell in need by cooperating with them.
All material under inventory lists to be manage and classified separately. Inventory on hand report to match location Profit & Loss inventory count. Produce monthly inventory stock on hand & on order and forward list to the relevant Operation Manager
Co-ordinate with Finance / Procurement for any issues relates to Good Receive process and pending Purchase orders.
Update the software for making the orders, order follow up, and storekeeping with the latest version.
Make sure all the Material orders are approved by immediate supervisor.
Keep Track and archive of Material Reception come with supporting document (shipping invoice, AWB, Customs paper, work order and Delivery Order) and update LOGBOOK also send a copy to Finance.
Physical Check Store 4 time per year both for Inventory & M&S
Manage M&S 6 month Slow Moving item.
Collectively work with Finance on required system for open POs and closure
Produce monthly summary report by segment with:
May participate in the selection, training and supervision of subordinates, when applicable.
Performs related and peripheral site-specific duties as required QHSE
Ensure that he is fully complied with relevant local QHSE policies and standards and Supply chain related Policy
KEY BEHAVIOURAL FACTORS:
Strictly followed Schlumberger Internal Control Policies and Procedures.
Service Attitude: Good services mind, Dealing with other departments, employees with SC and Suppliers
Business understanding of operations
Initiative and Teamwork
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor degree holder in any related fields.
Knowledge of: storekeeping and inventory control procedures; recordkeeping and other clerical procedures; care and maintenance of equipment and supplies; safety and security practices; basic mechanical concepts
Knowledge of Procurement and Sourcing Concept
Must be physically fit, and be able to lift heavy items above and below shoulder height, and perform continuous standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
Computer literacy
Good English & Thai communication
Experience More than 5 years experienced in Store or Warehouse Management

Job Overview :
Working in Bangkok for an onshore Oil and Gas Operator, you will provide a high level of Reservoir Engineering expertise working on onshore producing fields in need of rapid and efficient redevelopment. You will provide leadership, coaching and technical direction to the multi-disciplinary team, improving workflows and helping to optimize the full reservoir engineering process. This is a senior level position, and applicants are invited with a broad background in reservoir engineering, operations focus, and preferably experience in the redevelopment and operations of igneous rock formation.
Requirements :
Bachelor or Higher Degree in Engineering or related subject essential, preferably an MSc in Petroleum Engineering.
At least 10 years relevant oil industry experience essential.
A broad background in reservoir engineer essential.
Previous experience working as a Reservoir Engineer essential.
Previous experience working on redeveloping onshore fields (igneous formation) highly desired.
Operator experience preferred.
Competent user of reservoir engineering software essential (E.g. Eclipse, VIP...)
Strong team leadership skills essential - ability to mentor and support more junior staff.
Strongly analytical evaluation skills essential - the ability to utilize all available data and apply the appropriate analytical and numerical techniques.
Strong reservoir simulation skills essential.
Ability to quantify risk and uncertainty and to understand the impact on production forecasts and decisions essential.
Working knowledge of other disciplines (geology, geophysics, drilling, production operations, and economics) highly advantageous.
Enjoys being part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team.
Strong communication skills - ability to listen and communicate clearly and concisely within a multi-cultural and multi-discipline environment. Comfortable presenting to technical peers and Executive Management.
Candidate with less experience will be also considered as Reservoir Engineer
The successful candidate will be motivated, energetic and have a good command of English. The candidate should also have a high level of confidence, will be used to working in a multi-national environment, and must have a working background in the petroleum industry.
