JOB SUMMARY
Mechanical Engineers work under general direction, applying their skills and expertise to generate solutions that require development or sustainment of new or improved techniques, procedures, or products. Responsibilities include assisting with planning, conducting, and evaluating approaches to meet project objectives in a timely, cost-effective fashion. The qualifying candidate must be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritize based on deadlines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze, design, develop, and maintain products; assist in commercialization.
Producing and implementing designs and test procedures for ESP and HSPS components.
Build prototypes, products, and systems for testing; set up and run laboratory simulations.
Define, coordinate, perform, and generate engineering test reports. Specify and review engineering documentation.
Provide Technical Advice.
Contribute to design standards.
Analyze and interpret data.
Liaising with suppliers.
Problem solving and undertake relevant research.
Determines product specifications; performs verification/maintenance and product management.
Train and support clients and field representatives.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge:
Applies extensive expertise as a generalist or specialist. Knowledge necessary to perform job include: thorough knowledge of mechanical engineering design, mechanics, and material science concepts and techniques, including proficiency in solving engineering problems using analytical techniques and engineering knowledge such as thermodynamics, heat transfer, measurement control, stress analysis, Finite Element Analysis, or system integration general knowledge of electrical and software engineering disciplines working knowledge of CAD tools understanding of product and business requirements and general knowledge of appropriate materials.
Qualifications:
Requires strong skills in change management, problem solving, communication skills, customer orientation, product technology, global business perspective, personal effectiveness, project management, team skills and quality. Requires knowledge of systems and software necessary to perform job function such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, among others. Requires demonstrated ability in leadership requires ability to influence other people ability to act as a mentor, lead and/or supervise projects and ability to design for serviceability and manufacturability.
Education/Experience:
Mechanical Engineering Degree
Associates degree in drafting design or equivalent experience required. In addition, one to three years drafting experience preferred.
Additional Skills:
Time management skills.
High attention to detail and results.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability and willingness to learn.
INTERACTION
Work directly with engineering, sales, and customer to produce drawings and bill of materials for ESP and HSPS components.
Work closely with all company departments to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are error free.

Responsibilities:
Keeping Flushby and COROD equipment documentation and permits updated, to ensure that the equipment is available when required by clients.
Organize personnel for the execution of well jobs.
Plan the logistics for rendering services.
Identify training requirements of personnel under his supervision and make recommendations to the Fleet Coordinator.
Deliver the daily operations report to the Fleet Coordinator, Base Chief and client.
Participate in the resolution of complaints, observations and requirements made by Flushby and COROD service clients, in acordance with the decisions made by the Operations Manager.
Plan and conduct the rendering of services according to organizational HSE standards, such as using the appropriate number of workers, the use of PPE, providing adequate training to work teams, involving personnel in pre-job analysis and anytime it is required to consider risks associated with the service.
Qualification
Graduate Studies in related areas. Petroleum Engineer
Minimum of 5 years in the petroleum sector in well service operations.
3 or more years supervising personnel.

Work Location : Offshore ART and GBS Assets, Gulf of Thailand and PSB Workshop, Songkhla
Status : Offshore Rotation Campaign for Technician, Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumental. Onshore, 5 working days per week (Monday-Friday), available for Offshore Batch Campaign as and when required, for Technician, Inspection
Job Purpose:
To carries out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and inspection programs as instructed and assigned by COMPANYs Maintenance & Inspection Team Leader. (Maintenance) He shall be responsible for trouble-shooting breakdowns, executing repairs and reports major problem to the Maintenance Team Leader. (Inspection) He shall be responsible for the inspection of both onshore and offshores lifting equipment, including its accessories, i.e. bucket, onshores stationary and mobile crane, forklift, and colour-coding of slings to be ready for certification and/or recertification, and report directly to the Inspection Team Leader. In addition, he shall always maintain good housekeeping practices at work sites and ensure tools and equipments are kept in good working conditions.
Key Accountabilities:
Receive work orders (maintenance/inspection job cards) form the Maintenance & Inspection Team leader and carry out works (preventive maintenance and/or corrective maintenance programs) of surface equipments installed on offshore platforms/facilities as per laid down procedures, schedules and/or instructed by Maintenance & Inspection Team Leader, adhering to the plant safety procedures,
Check spare parts / materials on hand and report any shortage to the Maintenance & Inspection Team Leader for further action,
General support to QA/QC inspection both at onshore and offshore sites as assigned by inspection teams Leader,
Feedback information to the Maintenance & Inspection Team Leader to endure consistant equipment history and record tracking in COMPANYs CMMS,
Reporting of any abnormal events or malfunction detected to the Maintenance & Inspection Tram Leader to ensure proper actions are taken in a timely manner to maintain the integrity of the equipments / plants,
Perform routine test of standby equipments and trouble-shoot defective equipments as instructed. Repair and restore the equipment back to it serviceable condition, Report abnormity or discrepancy to the Maintenance & Inspection Team Leader,
Follow and encourage strict adherence to the COMPANYs SSHE policy and regulations in all work under the responsibility and directly report to COMPANYs Maintenance & Inspection Team Leader.

Required Competencies:
Working knowledge of Maintenance & inspection Procedures,
(Inspection) Working knowledge of lifting equipment and crane equipment inspection,
Basic knowledge of QA/QC Standards, i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001,
Good knowledge/experience of SSHE requirements in a working environment,
Possess a valid Basic Offshore Safety Training (BOST)certificate from a recognized training provider.
Professional Knowledge & Experience:
(Maintenance) Higher Technical Diploma in Machine/Mechanic (Mechanical), Electrical/Electronic and/or instrument (Electrical/instrumental) or related fields,
(Inspection) Higher Diploma in technical discipline; 5 years experiences in inspection field; Experiences in lifting Gear and Crane Inspection such as API 2D; Holding od CSWIP 3.0 (Welding Visual Inspection); Certified and able to operate NDT equipment as equivalent and according to ASME V or ASNT level 1 (PT, MT, UT and RT); NDT level 1
(Maintenance) Minimum 5 years field working experience in maintenance and/or inspection of equipments in Offshore Oil and Gas industry or similar,
Experience in turbine compressor equipment maintenances an advantage (Mechanical),
Experience in HVAC/Refrigeration system maintenance is an advantage (Electrical),
Posses valid certificate of safe operation and inspection of lifting equipment, crane, forklift training from recognized training provider (Inspection),
Moderate physical effort of standing, walking, climbing for 50% of work time,
Fair command of written and spoken English,
Ability to operate PC and be literate with MS Office applications.

Job Descriptions :
Completion Shop Technical Assistant (support Competency Development Team)
Maintain and update the Completions Operation personnel records including the timesheet, overtime, work schedule, training schedule.
Keep up to date all personnel related policies and procedures, perform general administrative duties and provide secretarial and clerical support as delegated by Completion Shop Supervisor and Wireline Superintendent
Provide full administrative support to training requirement, such as, handling incoming and outgoing training request and correspondences, preparing documentation i.e. reports, presentation, letters and maintaining office stationery, maintaining filing system for all correspondences/mails/documents. Arrange venues and facilities for training/visit/meeting. Handle travel arrangements and time schedule for external trainers and in-house trainers as required. Running annually course scheduling and as request.
Conduct research on the training requirement of high value project and develop training program, course outline and schedule, and study the training impact. Gather data/information and perform basic analysis. Summarize the project progress and report on a monthly basis and at the end of the project
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of training database, including updating the database. Maintain trace system for document and action items. Follow-up with others to ensure that deadlines are met and necessary approvals are obtained.
Assist in ad-hoc work request and special project assigned.
Qualifications:
Thai nationality
Good command of written & spoken English
Computer Literacy (MS Office-PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).
