Facilities Engineer (Safety/Process Engineer)

Key Responsibilities:
Provides Hazards Analyses and Risk Assessment facilitating services for the business unit in compliance to company policies, standards and procedures. Serves as Project Manager for assigned safety engineering projects or work packages. Analyzes and recommends solutions to management that result in a multi-discipline approach to general problems relating to safety engineering issues. Work in the multi-discipline team environment of Chevron Thailand to support business unit objectives and goals. Serves as a Project Team member in safety engineering role.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering (Chemical, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument). Minimum 5 years of related experience in the petroleum business, preferably in the process or safety engineering role. Able to communicate effectively in English; both written and verbal. Able to read and comprehensively understand P&ID, PFD. Understand and applications of computer model for release (single and multiphase), dispersion (including CFD), radiation, explosion, prediction impact on personnel and assets. Practical, hands-on field experience in process operations is preferred. Experience in process simulation i.e. Hysys, Pro II

Responsibilities:
