Delta has a Leland series single handle pull down faucet. They are made of stainless steel and are of high quality. Plumbers will compliment you on such a nice purchase.
One of the faucets I have had the joy to use is the 9178-SS-DST. Installation was a breeze. The only problem was it took some time to get the flexible hose to hook up just right. You will want to take your time to make sure it does not get cross threaded. It was on the sink and ready to use in short order.
The pull out part of the faucet is very ergonomic. It is very comfortable to hold and is very smooth. The resistance is spot on when pull out the handle and the magnets hold it back in place perfectly. There is a button on the pull out to select either full flow or sprinkle. This is a very nice feature and is easy to use with just one hand. The one lever on off hot cold feature is real nice as well. It is very easy to use and works flawlessly. This faucet runs just under $200 on many online stores. There are a couple of draw backs to it though.
It is a big faucet so make sure you have enough vertical room above the faucet before installing. This is a very big faucet. The full power mode can splash water out of the sink and on your counter tops. It seems to be higher pressure then other kitchen faucets. Even deep sinks won't save you from the pressure this faucet provides. The hardware included with the faucet is not up to the same standard as the faucet itself. I would expect metal supply lines but this one shipped with plastic lines with plastic pressure fitting like a cheaper faucet. The hose feels like any generic house you can get from the hardware store. It takes some time to get used to the one handle operation. You can make huge corrections with very little movements turning the water from hot to cold very quickly. Once you find the temperature you like it will be hard to get it back into the precise position that provided it again. Along the same lines the off position needs to be right on. You can accidentally leave this faucet dripping very easily. The magnet faucet head lock might not be strong enough depending on how much weight the hose puts on it. This is a side effect of the pull out feature having a longer hose.
Overall it is a great faucet and a great design. It is important to properly install it and to know it's advantages and limitations. If I was installing a bar/prep/clean this would be the one I would choose.
