Old-fasioned Fish Pie I don't know what you think about comparison between baking and cooking ..For me, I personally prefer baking to cooking ! Maybe because I'm more sweet type of person than savory which means I can survive without proper meals for days while I could easily get unsettled to go through even a day without sweet! And I feel more relaxed to bake than cook at any rate.. Honestly, I don't care what people think about my baked goods as much as my cooked food...I always bake things that I want to while lots of times I need to cook meals without any choice and that probably makes me feel different.. So what I'm complaining about this fish pie is that I had to make it for the family while I was not well and not really in a cooking mood..it's ,of course, nothing to do with the taste and I actually felt really good to see my family enjoy eating it !! As for me, when I'm in kinda so-so mood, I prefer cooking ka P'Koy... ^^ But when I'm in such a happy mood, I love to bake ka. The reason is that I hate weight measuring ka. Thinking about it already makes me lazy and hesitate to continue baking ^^'.
