ว่าพาสปอร์ตน้องมีอายุ 6 เดือน เวลาจะเดินทาง 



เพื่อนจะเดินทางวันที่ 11 กันยายน เตรียมซื้อของฝาก คุยกับเพื่อนว่าจะกลับ
เมืองไทย  คุยไปเรื่อยๆ จนเพื่อนคนหนี่งบอกว่า มีญาติกลับมาเที่ยวแล้ว
พาสปอร์ตหมดอายุ มีปัญญหามากมาย 

เพื่อนกลับบ้านมาดูพาสปอร์ตของตัวเอง อ้าวว จะหมดอายุอีกสี่เดือน .....
โอย หัวใจจะวาย นี่ก็วันที่ 4 แล้ว แถมเป็นวันหยุดราชการของอเมริกาด้วย
จะเดินทางวันที่ 11 นี้แล้ว งานเข้าแล้วว ต้องรีบด่วน 
เราก็มีความรู้กันพอสมควรว่ามีที่ต่อพาสบอร์ตภายใน 24 ช้่วโมง
ที่ในนิวยอร์กซิตี้ และ ที่รัฐคอนเนตทิคัต อยู๋ไม่ห่างบ้านเราเท่าไร

รีบค้นหาข้อมูลว่าจะทำไง ก็รู้ว่าต้องเตรียมเอกสาร รูปถ่าย และพาสปอร์ตเก่า
ไปให้พร้อม ที่สำคัญต้องโทรนัดเวลา  เราโทรได้วันนัดคือวันที่  8
 เวลา เก้าโมงเช้า เป็นวันศุกร์ด้วย เพื่อนต้องเดินทางวันจันทร์
เกิดมีอะไรติดขัดจะทำไงตกลงเราจะไปวันรุ่งขี้นแล้วกัน
เพราะไปตามนัดวันที่ 8 ไ่ม่กล้าเสี่ยง เกิดมีปัญหา
ต้องเปลียนตั๋วเครื่องบิน ยิ่งยุ่งยากอีก ตกลงเราไปวันรุ่งขี้นดีที่สุด
เราออกจากบ้านกันตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้าเลย  ดูทางแล้วไม่ไกลเท่าไร
ถ้ารถไม่ติด ใช้เวลาไม่เกินชั่วโมงก็ถึง












เราถึงประมาณ 08.10 น.เช้า ไม่ค่อยมีคนด้วย ดีจัง
รีบเข้าไปข้างในเลย เข้าไปจะเจอเจ้าหน้าที่โต๊ะแรก
ถามว่ามาทำอะไร ทำพาสปอร์ต หรือต่อพาสปอร์ต
และมีนัดหรือเปล่า เราบอกไม่มีนัดวันนี้
เห็นมีสองแถว แถวที่มีนัด กับแถวที่ไม่มีนัด
เราไปเข้าแถวไม่มีนัดวันนี้ ได้เป็นคนแรกเลย ดีจัง
(วันนี้ท่าทางจะโล่งโปร่งใส)

เราต้องผ่านดานตรวจกระเป๋าเข้าเครื่องสแกน
แล้วจึงขี้นไปชั้นสอง มีแถวรอบัตรคิว ก่อนเข้าไปมีเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจเอกสาร
ว่าเอามาครบไหม กรอกเอกสารมาครบไหม
ถ้าครบก็เข้าแถวไปเอาบัตรคิว ผู้ที่กรอกเอกสารมาไม่ครบ
หรือไม่ได้กรอกมา ก็ต้องแยกไปกรอกเอกสารให้เรียบร้อยก่อน
แล้วจึงกลับมาเข้าแถวรอบัตรคิวได้








ได้บัตรคิวแล้ว รอเรียกให้ไปที่หน้าต่าง จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจเอกสาร
ทั้งหมดรวมทั้งพาสปอร์ตเก่า ตรวจเรียบร้อยแล้ว
จ่ายเงิน $195 เหรียญ และนัดให้มารับ
วันรุ่งขี้น เวลา  15.00-15.30 น.วันเปิดราชการวันอื่นก็ได้
 แต่ต้องเป็นเวลา 15.00 - 15.30 น.



วันรุ่งขี้นตอนบ่ายเราไปรับพาสปอร์ตกัน
 ได้พาสปอร์ตเรียบร้อย
 เพื่อนได้เดินทางวันที่ 11 นี้แน่นอน
