CAJUN GRILLED SALMON
4 salmon fillets, skin off (optional)
3 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt & pepper
3 tbs fresh lime juice
2 bunches asparagus, woody ends trimmed
2 cucumbers
4 spring onions
2 tbs fresh dill
1 tbs fresh mint
1/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard powder
