Pork shank Cola Instant hot chocolatte eggs parsley roots star anis cinnamon garlic pepper salt spinish
Sauce ingredients: Garlic Chilli Salt Vinegar
1. pour boiled water over the shank and use a knife scrap all the hair and the unwanted skin.
2. Mix parsley roots, salt, pepper and garlic all together and grind them until they are all blended.
3. Put turkey drumstick or pork shank, star anis, cinnamon, grind ingredients and cola (3/4 of a littre) into a pot.
4. Set it on high temperature until it is boiled then turn the temperature down and simmer it for an hour.
5. While simmering the pork shank or the turkey drumstick, boil the eggs in a different pot.
6. When the pork or turkey get a bit soft put instant hot chocolatte and boiled eggs into the pot and let it simmer for another hour. Add more cola if needed.
7. Put spinish into the pot when the meat is soft and simmer for another 10 minutes.
