ในขั้นแรกนั้นทางวงทำเพลงนี้ออกมาโดยไม่มีชื่อเพลงที่แน่ชัด แต่ในเวบไซต์ส่วนใหญ่จะเรียกเพลงนี้ว่า Big Ideas (Don't Get Any) ธอมได้ยินประโยคนี้ครั้งแรกจากเอ็มทีวี ช่วง interview for 120 minutes

ชื่อ "Nude" นี้เป็นชื่อที่ทางวงใช้ใน setlist แต่ไม่เคยถูกนำไปใช้อ้างอิงที่อื่นเลย

งานชิ้นนี้เริ่มต้นจากธอมและจอนนี่เล่นคีย์บอร์ด แล้วได้อารมณ์หรูหราและลึกลับ คล้ายกับเพลง Motion picture soundtrack และ True love wait แรงบันดาลใจจากงานชิ้นนี้เกิดจากความคิดที่ว่าตอนนี้เราอยู่ในโลกห้วงความคิดแบบผู้ชาย โลกที่ผู้ชายปรารถนาอะไรก็ได้ทุกอย่าง เพลงนี้ได้เข้าไปสำรวจจิตสำนึกของหนุ่มไม่ไร้ซึ่งความรู้สึกผิดบาป (ซึ่งจากการเดาก็คงเกี่ยวกับเรื่องเพศแน่นอน)
