Feel the Energy : Yoga as Meditation
Found some more photos from Yoga as Meditation activity in Luang Prabang last winter.
During Yoga practice session, I usually instruct participants to try feel the living energy. Feel it at plams. Because when one follows his/her movement, He/She will get in to a relaxation moment. And could feel the engergy.
It is new feeling. Start with Wonderful, Exciting, clam and peaceful.
