ในช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมาของชีวิต..

ทั้งบทเรียนแห่งความผิดหวัง..
บทเรียนแห่งความท้อแท้..แพ้ชีวิต..

๔ วิธีคิดที่จะสร้างพลังใจให้สู้ คือ..
วิธีที่ ๑ คิดแบบตรงกันข้ามกับความรู้สึกในขณะนั้น เช่น
>>>…ถ้าทุกข์ ก็คิดสร้างสุข
>>>…ถ้ายากก็คิดแบบง่าย...
>>>…ถ้าเกิดปัญหา ก็คิดแก้ปัญหา..
วิธีที่ ๒ คิดแบบสร้างกำลังใจ เช่น
>>>…ปลุกปลอบใจตนเอง...ทุกครั้งที่เกิดความท้อแท้..ผิดหวัง
>>>…บอกตนเองเสมอว่า..เราต้องทำได้..เราต้องทำได้อย่างแน่นอน..
>>>…เราต้องทำได้แน่นอนที่สุด..ไม่มีคำว่า..ทำไม่ได้..
>>>…ท่องไว้ในใจว่า..ไม่มี ไม่เป็น ไม่เหนื่อย...
>>>….ไม่ทุกข์ ไม่ท้อ ไม่หนี ไม่มีปัญหา...
วิธีที่ ๓ คิดแบบมีเป้าหมายในชีวิตที่แน่นอน มุ่งมั่น เด็ดเดี่ยว..
>>>…หากยังไม่ประสบความสำเร็จ..
>>>…ก็จะไม่เลิก ลด ละ ความเพียรพยายาม..
>>>…จงสู้ต่อไปจนกว่าจะประสบความสำเร็จ..
>>>…แม้จะเป็นวินาทีสุดท้ายของลมหายใจก็ตาม..
วิธีที่ ๔ คิดใหญ่ไม่คิดเล็ก..
>>>…มองปัญหาออก..แก้ปัญหาเป็น..
>>>…คิดการใหญ่...ใช้คนเป็น..รู้เห็นตามความถูกต้อง..
>>>…มุ่งปรองดอง...รักษาน้ำใจ..สร้างมิตรภาพ..
