INGREDIENTS 2 CUP PORK 3 TABLESPOON ROASTED UNCOOKED RICE 3 TABLESPOON FISH SAUCE 1/4 CUP LIME 1/4 CUP SHALLOT 1 TABLESPOON GALANGA 1/4 CUP GARLIC 1 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER
METHOD 1. Mince pork meat finely, squeeze in lime juice; mix well together then squeeze out the meat juice, reserve meat. Bring meat juice slowly to boil. 2. Pork of step 1 and add hot meat juice, add sliced onions, garlics, galanga ( well pounded ) roasted uncooked rice, mix well, then add lime and fish sauce to taste. Serve with vegetables.
