Highly Modern Contemporary Residence in Perth




The Salvado Street Residence is located in Perth, Australia. This modern house design was designed by Bates Smart Architects where the home design much more focusing on the owner which is a retired couple in Cottesloe. The architects decided to make a highly modern house but also had a low maintenance.

The architects described the house as follow: “The planning concept is based on a courtyard typology featuring a pond, around which the private spaces and the public entertainment spaces are organised. This duality is emphasised architecturally by separate treatments of the private and public spaces: the public spaces are open plan, outward-oriented and unenclosed spaces gathered under a floating Miesian roof whilst the private spaces are inwardly focused and enclosed within thick masonry walls which create a sense of privacy and retreat.” Since Australia also categorized as a country which has a very unpredictable season and harsh climate, the house was also built to respond to the challenge and this contemporary Australian residence also said to “reveal a unique take of contemporary Australian Architecture“. O หรือธรรมชาติผ่านเวียน .. คอยเปลี่ยนโลก ?
ทั้งสุขโศกเร่งรุดยากหยุดไหว
หรือกำหนดยุดยื้อจากมือใด
จัดการให้แปลกแยกได้แทรกตัว
O หรือพบกันครั้งแรก, ความแตกต่าง
ถูกบ่มสร้างเหมาะควรอย่างถ้วนทั่ว
แต่ตา-รูป .. สบกัน, ที่สั่นรัว-
แรกที่หัวใจคน .. เริ่มอลเวง
O ละห้อยเห็นในยามห่างนามรูป
แต่ละวูบเนรมิตคอยพิศเพ่ง
งามทุกงามจารจรดเยี่ยงบทเพลง
พร้องบรรเลงด้วยมือช่วยยื้อยุด
O ย่อมเป็นมือสร้างเหตุแทรกเจตนา
ผ่านรูปหน้าอำนวยเข้าฉวยฉุด
ร้างไร้ความกริ่งเกรง, หากเร่งรุด
แทรกลงสุดหัวใจเพื่อไขว่คว้า
O แน่นอนว่ายากเว้น .. อยากเห็นรูป
และชั่ววูบวาบเดียวที่เหลียวหา
หวังทุกหอมรินไหลผ่านไปมา
ทั้งหางตาที่ชม้อยเหลือบคอยปราย
O โลกย่อมงามพร่างแพร้วเมื่อแผ้วผ่าน
ด้วยอ่อนหวานอ่อนโยนที่โชนฉาย
แม้นมิอาจโยกคลอนให้ผ่อนคลาย
ก็อย่าหมายโยกคลอนให้ผ่อนลง
O จะกี่ครั้งกี่ครา, ความอาวรณ์
เวียนรอบตอนจับจูงจนสูงส่ง
ด้วยรูปนามเทียบถวัลย์อย่างบรรจง
แตะแต้มลงผ่านจริตจนติดตรึง
O ความรู้สึกในอกย่อมยกตัว
หวานถ้วนทั่ว, รสประทิ่น, ถวิลถึง
เหมือนรุมล้อมหยอดย้ำลงคำนึง
ให้เสพซึ้งรสงามของ .. ความรัก
O วัฏฏจักรแห่งธรรม .. ย่อมย่ำผ่าน
เข้าขัด-คาน จับจูงความสูงศักดิ์
ของอาวรณ์หลบเร้น เพื่อเว้นวรรค
ที่เข้าทักทายทั่วทั้งหัวใจ
O หรือแท้จริงตัวตนถูกค้นพบ
การบรรจบ .. รูป-จริต แล้วพิสมัย
ปรารมภ์ของฝั่งฝ่าย .. นั้น-ฝ่ายใด
เพิ่งยอมให้เรื่องเฉลย .. ยอมเผยความ ?
