Situated on a steeply graded property with the water at its feet, this slope house plan offers endless views of Pittwater from every point of the house both indoors and out! From the street, this house appears as a small, low-profile home with minimal visual impact that is, until you see it from the bay. Three living levels make their way down the hillside a configuration that allows for privacy form the street while making the most of the views and potential outdoor living space. The result is a design boasting equally impressive indoor and outdoor living rooms.
